If I could give them 6 stars I would, they are great!!! Went there on a date with a lovely friend expecting the usual Kosher Chinese fare that I have had from LA to Pittsburgh to my hometown here on Long Island, NY. I came expecting the food to be the normal I have expected in an inexpensive (for Kosher that is) Chinese restaurant, OK to good. However this restaurant astounded me, it was different!!!The food was fabulous!!! We both had the 'Hot and Sour' soup, and it was impressive! The temp, was just right, not luke-warm as I have come to expect in many restaurants, and, not scaldingly hot, but just right! The spices were hot as they should be, but not too hot. As I said, I was amazed!!!Then for the mains, we had, Spicy Chicken and Curry Chicken. Again the spices were quite hot, but not too, at least for me. They were just wonderful, tasty, yet with a subtle delight. It is hard to express. And we both commented how the presentation of the food on the plates was 'picture perfect.'I would suggest you go and write your own experience! I live 30 miles on the other side of the NYC metro area where traveling can be a challenge all on its own, but for this restaurant in the Bronx, NYC, NY, Kai Fan, I will be returning!!!ps I only wish they were closer to me here on Long Island!!pss I was served by one of the owners, and an owner was on duty at the cash register! A great family run operation!!Dietary restrictions: It is Kosher!!!Parking: Parked across the street at 430 for $5. After 7pm it would have been FREE!!!

Good food and service. Pleasant place to dine. For kosher food prices are average. Under rabbinical supervision (kosher)

We ate here for lunch before checking the reviews- bad idea! Also, the place was empty- another warning sign we should have heeded. I got the sushi lunch special and it was not fresh and very disgusting. The wasabi was a weird dark green- very suspicious- and for the first time ever I didn't eat my sushi. Do not eat here! Maybe the hot food is better- but I won't be returning!

This restaurant is very overpriced. I paid lots of money for very little food. The cashew chicken had almost no chicken. It was mostly celery. I paid $23 for about 1$ worth of food. The lamp in the lamb curry was also very meager and tough to chew for $33!! The salad in the steak salad was terrible. All in all , it was a big waste of time and especially money for very little food. I would not go back to this place!

Wonderful, authentic Kosher Chinese cuisine, warm and friendly service team, charming small-town feel in which diners chat with each other and wish each other well.

The fish is always fresh and delicious, and hand rolls are generous and original. Definitely the best kosher sushi place in Riverdale (not that ee have many though). The atmosphere is quite ok for a family-oriented restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: AccessibleDietary restrictions: Kosher

Everything was bland and completely tasteless. I honestly felt we were eating old food. Plenty of leftovers that went straight into the garbage.Vegetarian options: Tofu was soggy.

The food was good. My wife found a one i,cu chicken bone with a sharp point. This bone was sure to get stuck in someone's throat and prove lethal. My daughter then found another huge chicken bone and nearly chocked. I would suggest to be very careful when eating anything chicken. On the other hand, avoid ordering anything chicken and be safe.
