Bring the old staff back. New staff cooks poorly and doesn't include ketchup packets on delivery despite repeated notes

These people in this store just blatantly discriminated against me in front of a customer laughing at me telling his co worker to wait until I speak because Iām a transgender woman and he heard me speak before. He felt the need to tell his co workers to make a joke out of me because no one can tell anything and itās not they business cause I was just ordering some dang chicken and came from a memorial so my emotions are already in the air. I just wanted some food before going to sleep after a long sad day and unprovoked this guy discriminated against me also laughed at me saying ānow he donāt want to speakā This the same guy that hot on me when I first went there and moved in the area and he mad he was scoping customers and found it I was who I was. He also had all his African buddies come out very intimidatingly and all laughing at me even talking to the customers about it that was waiting behind. I literally said nothing and it triggered this man and I already filed a report and what they donāt know is while they are working in a chicken shop Iām working in an environment they wouldnāt even have the intelligence to do and they will not hear the end of this. They will find out once my lawyers get involved

Iāve been coming here, since they opened. Now I see thereās new cooks back there & the chicken quality isnāt the same. My chicken is over cooked, and it looks old. Itās dry and brittle. Bring back the old cooks, chicken was hot ready and fresh now itās nasty.
