Kennedy Fried Chicken & Pizza

I’ve been going here for quite a few years now and I haven’t had as many complaints as I have recently.My mozzarella sticks were overdone and empty on the inside, due to the cheese exploding out of them and being burnt. This occurred on two different occasions.The other day, the guy rushed me away after not giving me any sauces for my meals. He also gave me regular fries instead of cheese fries.Tonight the guy argued with me about how their coworker didn’t charge me for two drinks- though I ordered two combos? Finally he asked the guy, and he said that he did charge me for it. He looked real annoyed after that. Didn’t even apologize.I ran to get a family member 3 breasts with fries. The breasts were dry, old, and gross.I got ice cream the other day, strawberry, and it was cross contaminated with chocolate. There was a huge scoop of chocolate laying on top of the strawberry inside their ice cream case; the guy just scooped it back into the chocolate, and any leftover chocolate went into my container. It was gross.The prices went up recently. They should not have raised the prices at all for the poor quality of food and awful service they have. Also, the amount of cross contaminants in this place is insane.

THEY ARE UNSANITARY! CROSS CONTAMINATION! If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in there after work and asked for 2 wings and a center breast. A meal I was splitting with my mother. Of course getting in my car I see I was given 1 wing, a leg and a side breast. I go back into the restaraunt and tell him that's not what I ordered. He takes the leg and breast out of the box and then proceeds to PLACE THEM BACK IN THE CONTAINER WITH FRESH CHICKEN!!! I was gonna let it go cause folks called them out on the act in the store, but then after driving an hour and getting home I see I STILL didn't get the center breast I asked for. All he did was swap it for another side breast. Go someplace else. Not worth the risk of cross contamination and people not having the decency to get your order right a SECOND time.

I ordered an cheeseburger with everything on it and 3 piece chicken with Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. They gave me a regular hamburger with no lettuce, tomato not even mayo. Chicken was hard. Would not recommend!!!

One of my favorite chicken spots around Ward Ave in the Bronx, they survived covid, lol. So I went in post covid & the place was nicely renovated & yes I got my chicken & fries, coleslaw & mash potatoes. Still delicious, go get some ?
