Workers in the front needs to take a class on customer service I placed a simple 4 item order the worker in front got mad because he messed up on the order telling me I don’t know how to speak correct English when it’s my first language hehehe didn’t want to fix the problem nor give me back my money but as soon as my husband went he was speechless and gave it back him hehehe ?? ? been in this neighborhood since 2008 y’all bugging never going back again ✌️✌️

Clean desk for dine in, fast, and the chicken taste amazing. It’s not like the common fried chicken like kfc or popeyes, but more like a traditional fried chicken with the skin seasoned in traditional way. Definitely will come back!

The way they treated me because they got my order wrong was horrible! Then they had the nerve to argue me down because they got my order wrong as if it was my fault. They DON’T respect black people SMFH.

Ummm... Mold?

They charged me $2 to use my debit card on an $18 order….that’s higher than the tax rate in the area. When I asked about the additional $2 charge the man told me it could actually go up to $3.50 or $4 depending on your total….the fees are more expensive that ATM fees. On top of that they got my order wrong. I won’t be back. The food is just okay. Not delicious. Just okay. If it’s hot. If it’s not hot you may as well go buy from the corner store.

Great food, quick service, great location, what more could you ask for? It is right underneath the 2 and 5 train. You can easily travel from Bronx to Manhattan right after a quick bite. (No dine in service due to COVID)
