Food & customer service was very nasty. My chicken was burnt & when I asked to get a new / change order or money half of my phone back they refused and he took my food back. Never returning do not go there. Very rude & bad behavior

I sometimes buy chicken from here I love the roasted chicken,but today March 25 /2025 I bought 3 pieces for $6 comes with one biscuit I was starving,when I got home ready to eat the chicken pieces were so tiny and the freaking chicken was burned had no seasoning the seasoning was burned,it used to be good not no more, why do people always mess up something that's good I guess I won't be eating from that spot anymore.

There was a dead fly in my ice tea and I called and told the manager and all they said was I could get a free one instead of addressing the problem
