I placed an order for pickup and what a dumb plan this turn out to be. I get to the drive thru on time and I'm told to come in because it's not ready....Hence, what was the point of ordering in advance. Nothing complicated, chicken meal, a bowl meal, and a desert. Had I went thru the drive thru and ordered I would've gotten my food like so many others I watched come and go. Now, the setup inside is plain stupid. You're going to have all pickups line up next to the self service soda machine? Everyone was in each other's way. The two worker's I dealt with there were terrible. The worst is when you're dealing with someone who does not want to be working there. His attitude alone was worthy of being sent home, personally permanently. The girl at the register, awful. Talk about she should never have a position of authority because my bag being on the other side was all she needed to flex. I have good vision and can see my order sitting there. Mr. don't want to work there won't call it and is elsewhere living in his foul mood. And when the girl finishes with her customer I ask her if she can hand me my bag. She proceeds to tell me it's there, ready, and to wait that she'll get it in a minute. Mind you, it's about 10 ft away. And if it wasn't for the manager telling her to give it to me, I'm not sure how long she was going to make me wait. 3 seconds....Is all I need as a manager there and these two would be putting applications at BK down the block. DONT ORDER IN ADVANCE... They don't get it. And don't go in either, employees that hate their jobs. In fact why bother.

Customer service and completing orders correctly is terrible. Who sends a drink without a straw or a pot pie without a fork. This location is garbage do not order from them. They will mess up your order and you will not get utensils ever. I will never order from them ever again.

For a place that main item is chicken, how could you ran out of chicken. I have been here 3 times and every time. There no chicken... I told the lady this is the 3rd time I come and there always no chicken... it doesn't make sense... I complaint and she than tells me if I want chicken I have to wait like 10 mins... so I told her yeah I'll wait it doesn't matter she huff and puff and made a slick comment as if I couldn't here her talking to the person in the back... while I was there I witness 2 cars ahead of me pull off and got out the drive thur... I'm pretty sure she told them there was no chicken either. I would pay attention to what my employees are saying to the customers... you losing customers because you don't want to do the job and make some more chicken... smh with my meal alone would've been like 60 dollars... money talks when the numbers ain't added up or you fall short for your monthly goals... you know why... I would understand if someone came ended of closing that there no more chicken but not mid day come on now.... if it takes 10 min I wouldn't even tell the customer no chicken but it will be alil wait a fresh batch is coming out... hello fresh chicken anyone will wait...

The manager of KFC is very Rude an unprofessional to her customer..She is real disrespectful an unsanitary with the food she was picking up a biscuits with her hands without gloves to put in the box to serve the customer .rite then n there I was going call the board of health on her..Customer shouldn't have to deal with her unsanitary ways n disrespectful attitude towards customers...she was offending alot of customers by the way she was speaking n yelling at customers.. she very unprofessional n shouldn't be running business the way she does...I will not be going there anymore..I'm feel sorry for the good workers like Taz..who have to be around her..
