They did bad!!!! I ordered honey barbecue wings and they gave me spicy legs not wings. I also ordered The family fill up I wanted the chicken regular and they gave me crispy chicken. Plus the chickem is very salty. It's nasty. The girl that was taking my order was having a whole conversation with the person next to her instead of paying attention to what she was doing with me So that's why she messed my order up smfh I'm like so pissed!!!!

I ordered multiple fill up boxes for a party of mine at the location, the nuggets were disgustingly burnt and the chicken was falling apart. Why sell something like that? When I asked the manager, she started to get very aggressive and rude. She would not take any accountability and needs to be reported to KFC.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff members, especially those identifying themselves as managers. The food is old and nasty and they always mess up my order. They never take accountability and it’s getting really annoying.

From my previous experience this KFC has really stepped up. Service, Food impeccable. Atmosphere was much friendlier,. Although they ran out of chicken for 30 mins it was worth the wait. Thank you again. I think this one is the best one in the Bronx.
I understand what it's like in a restaurant close to closing time. I still believe that it's only right to sell food that is edible as it was paid for in good faith. I ordered chicken strips with potato wedges and a drink as well as a dessert. What I received was wedges which were room temperature and clearly fried hours prior. The chicken was not bad so I ate it. If you can't offer a good product, just 86 it. I would have been open to a suggestion but I was not offered one. Not going back to that location.

I placed an order for pickup and what a dumb plan this turn out to be. I get to the drive thru on time and I'm told to come in because it's not ready....Hence, what was the point of ordering in advance. Nothing complicated, chicken meal, a bowl meal, and a desert. Had I went thru the drive thru and ordered I would've gotten my food like so many others I watched come and go. Now, the setup inside is plain stupid. You're going to have all pickups line up next to the self service soda machine? Everyone was in each other's way. The two worker's I dealt with there were terrible. The worst is when you're dealing with someone who does not want to be working there. His attitude alone was worthy of being sent home, personally permanently. The girl at the register, awful. Talk about she should never have a position of authority because my bag being on the other side was all she needed to flex. I have good vision and can see my order sitting there. Mr. don't want to work there won't call it and is elsewhere living in his foul mood. And when the girl finishes with her customer I ask her if she can hand me my bag. She proceeds to tell me it's there, ready, and to wait that she'll get it in a minute. Mind you, it's about 10 ft away. And if it wasn't for the manager telling her to give it to me, I'm not sure how long she was going to make me wait. 3 seconds....Is all I need as a manager there and these two would be putting applications at BK down the block. DONT ORDER IN ADVANCE... They don't get it. And don't go in either, employees that hate their jobs. In fact why bother.
