First let me say that the employees do not know how to read nor take their job serious. My order was missing a pot pie and an item that was specifically ordered without cheese, had cheese, which by the way I cannot eat. Yet all the app can provide is a refund.When a customer places an order they need to make sure the order is correct and complete. Also, someone should be available to answer the damn phone to accept a complaint. Due to their negligence I now have to purchase something...
I was really considering not eating kFC again because of a really bad experience with the food at the Harlem location but this location redeemed KFC for me. EVERYTHING was on point the chicken the sides the service !! Will definitely be visiting anytime I’m in the Bronx.
