The most severely lacking customer service. I ORDERED a chicken bowl. They gave me old chicken. Even a dog wouldn't eat it. This place needs an overhaul. I will never eat at this joint. While waiting on the drive thru line, a customer stormed out cursing, most likely reflecting on the lack of customer service. I dont know how this place is still in business. They dont even have half the stuff on the listed menu.

This KFC is so poorly staffed I genuinely hope it gets shut down.
Today I ordered 4 breasts, 2 wings and 2 thighs and received 2 thighs and 4 drumsticks. How does one make a “mistake” like that? It was obviously done intentionally.
On two separate occasions I ordered food an HOUR before they closed and had multiple delivery people simply cancel because the staff accepted my order and then didn’t actually make it so the delivery people had no choice but to cancel and I had to wait until the restaurant ACTUALLY closed to get a refund.

Food is always good, and the drive-through needs help, big flooding in drive thru... free parking lot, also Taco Bell.. always busy, next to highway cross bronx. The manager Anthony H. Is a very helpful person, on point, and good customer service. Get busy with the delivery orders. Aside from the homeless guy asking for money at the door and digging into the garage, in and outside the KFC.. Very good place. Definitely Better than Fordham, 149th, and bruckner... thank you, Anthony H. For all your help. We appreciate your help. Give it 4 stars because of Anthony, but lost the one star because of the old lady in the front end with no respect for people and being loud and curbing.

Placed a order for pickup and thank the heavens i checked my bag just because I had a big order don't mean Okey doke me 2 chicken sandwiches where missing and placed with chicken wraps when I said something the lady looked annoyed and then gave me some nasty look AND I had that changed also! I won't be returning to this location!

Disgusting. I’m so disgusted and disappointed with not just kfc the franchise but this one more specifically. I did an order through Uber eats and the whole order was REPULSIVE. Whoever worked a night shift on 11/10 7-9 pm, does not like their job. The store should be embarrassed to be selling food to paying customers with the HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING quality. Mashed potatoes tasted rotten, the chicken was dry, and even if they were nice and moisty, the flavor was just like the chicken should’ve been thrown out days ago. My tenders were basically nuggets and one had a bite on it. The Mac and cheese was horrible, tasted watery and tasted like rubber. I didn’t even get my Pepsi that came with my combo. Never am I eating in this store with these workers that clearly hate their job. And where is management selling these products to consumers when these products are not even edible. Stay away from this location!!!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️WARNING !!!!!!‼️‼️ ‼️‼️
