The food is not bad at all, but the Jamaican lady that works at the counter has a very nasty attitude. I’ve been coming to this KFC for years and her attitude never change.(if you know, you know.) the food is amazing here, but at times I don’t even wanna go because of the customer service.

they played with my mom food HEAVY . how they’re really gonna give my mom old dry inedible corn with dry old bread and the chicken looked raw too like are they really serious?… Like kfc really ya always been nasty but this go overboard crazy .. I had to get on here and leave a review because enough is enough. Today was my second time ordering through a delivery app. I’ve requested the same chicken wrap twice and never received what I ordered. Listen up KFC, either give your staff proper training or replace them. I shouldn’t have to keep getting the wrong items, especially a simple chicken wrap made completely wrong. Not to mention, I never receive any napkins or straws. Doesn’t make any sense at all. Should we start taking our complaints to the higher ups?? Let us know!

The beautiful lady in the front is so rude. I had said hello to her to ask her a question and she turned her back on me not sure if her name is Lisa Nisha, or Nisa. Then she started giving me this nasty look after I said why you’re ignoring me. For her to be front of house with behavior is a bit much. I ended up leaving and honestly I won’t be buying anything from this location and letting my family and friends know not to come to the webster location as well.

The service was so bad, we canceled our order and drove off. On 09/24/25 at 4:50 pm, the staff got the order wrong, (because he was not listening), then the woman at the front very rudely told us they don't have time to change the order, she is going to give us what she wants because there was a car behind. So we decided she could eat it herself and we left. If I was a manager checking customer service at that KFC, these employees would be fired on the spot. It was shocking the level of disrespect. We did nothing to warrant that behavior. I would never go there again.
Horrible experience i waited on the line 30 mins. To order food there was only 2 people infront of me but the tine it my turn she had a whole attitude and smart mouthing me because I wanted to know the difference in price she can at me and said I do t k ow what to tell you because im vegan you can't check in the register she said no because then she has to delete it so I left never going back there
