I just ordered from Doordash and they sent me my combos incomplete and they did not arrive with the sauces I selected... terrible, waste of time and money

The Chicken is horrible I’ve been here more than once and for some reason it seems like they re-fry their chicken without discarding it after its expiration time. The chicken skin always seems darker than other KFC’s I wish I would of taken a photo of it but I was so hungry I still ate it. Definitely poor quality meat and happens to be one of the worst locations when it comes to food and service‼️ if there were “0” Stars this location deserves it. The KFC corporate office should send over an inspector‼️ #kfc

The stuff was rude. An employee was screaming because it was raining and she wanted to keep it dry instead of getting a mop and drying it. Food took for ever drive thru did not work and still missed an item in my order that I never even went back for.

I was disappointed with my recent meal.The Tenders and Chicken sandwich I ordered was inedible because of the excessive saltiness. It was a shameI understand that salt can enhance flavors, but in this case, it completely masked everything else. I would have liked to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients.I would love to come back in the future, but I would hope the kitchen could be more mindful of using (seasoning) salt in a way that complements the food, rather than overpowering it.
Horrible service. And horrible food. Took forever and the chicken they gave me didn’t even look like it should have been sold. Horrible all around. I threw it in the trash because I was not about to turn around and fight with children running the drive through and risk something happening to anything I was given to eat. I took the L and left and my money and time was wasted. Thank you kfc I won’t return to this location ever again

First... customers do NOT have to stand behind the pole.Idgaf, what the manager may or may not want. It's not ok to be disrespectful employees. It is not ok to take your time because I did not comply with what you want. "Because my manager said so" is not a suffice reason. The customer should be able to see how you are treating their food that they are purchasing. It is not ok to take someone food out back. Did you really think I would purchase the food you probably did God only knows what too? There is a young lady, her name is evanie I believe...she is disgusting. Combative, disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to people.

The food is okay, nothing special. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I understand that the area in which this KFC is located isn't the best area but that doesn't give employees at this store the right to talk to paying customers rudely. Overall, this wasn't the best experience.

my entire Uber order was wrong. They literally put for the chicken sandwich two chicken tenders instead of a regular chicken breast. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and they Dabbled half of the sandwich with hot sauce . They didn’t even bother to put mayo or even pickles like how the sandwich was supposed to come. I had three orders that had fries and nobody got their fries but they used mac & cheese instead. I didn’t get the pieces of chicken that I ordered. I didn’t get the chicken tenders either. Didn’t even get the sauce. If anything was out, then you should’ve just canceled my order entirely so I can order from someplace else, inconsiderate
