I see why this KFC has low reviews. Just left there and the staff was so rude. She pretended like she couldn’t hear me and told me to tell her my drink at the window when I tried to finish my order she said she couldn’t because 1 person was behind. Just a mess. Won’t be coming here again.

Food is fine. Service is bad. If you have a pickup order, they will give your food away to another person and it wont be ready…which defeats the purpose of a pickup order in the first place. My last time dealing with this place. Management didn’t even throw in a courtesy piece for the chaos

It was the first time I tried it here in New York. It didn't taste as expected. It wasn't packed in the take-out box as we saw in the picture. I was surprised by its badness because Kentucky in Egypt is very delicious.
