It was the first time I tried it here in New York. It didn't taste as expected. It wasn't packed in the take-out box as we saw in the picture. I was surprised by its badness because Kentucky in Egypt is very delicious.

This location staff is very unprofessional. No one greets you when you walk in, the staff looks at you and keep doing what there doing everyone is just walking around no one's at the register no one assisting with mobile online orders or Uber eats pick up there a line at the register and mobile orders you have to say excuse me I would like to order or im here for a pick up they say you have to wait very rudley thus isn't the first time I've complained you...

Today Thursday March 14th, I went to KFC. Place my order of 8 pieces of chicken, I ask for it to be mixed crispy and regular and a large fries. I should have checked it before I leave but I was in a hurry to catch the bus. When I reach home and check my purchase it was minus the large fries and all the chicken was crispy. ?
