Really had no problem in store except the wait time. My problem is on the app I can fix the food or drinks the way I like . The app says they dont take special requests..... but if I was allergic to some of the ingredients they would just tell me to go somewhere else

Rude manager (male) always watching people eat at his establishment. It’s ironic how the manager allows other people to loiter around and does not tell them to purchase something but when someone bring their outside food then the manager has the audacity to tell them to purchase something. I tried refilling my drink but the manager thought it was necessary to turn the fountain machine off. Worst customer service and never coming back.

It's very bad the cashier didn't speak politely to us she didn't even bother to sit up straight we are new and don't know the menu she didn't explain to us or even smile and when she brought out the bill she cut it and the place was not clean I don't recommend it at all I regretted that I Look I ordered a small chicken sandwich for my baby and fries. Look at them. went and spent money in a place like this

Worse KFC ever please stay away there was hair in my mashed potatoes I ask for a refund the manager said I couldn't get a refund because they can't do them I just left there at 1:48 pm April 24,2025 manager was rude, cashier and nasty next time have hospitality, smile there's a lot of food places around keep that in mind and be grateful ppl look like they hate there job and putting that energy over the food

Paid 10 cash for 4 pieces of chicken in mash with corn ....how pathetic is this company that they charge an arm and a leg for a famous bowl and only 3 pieces of meat actually was meat and not just burnt crust that looks like a nugget ... don't get me started on the homeless people harassing me out front from even walkin in or walking out

The most disgusting KFC I have seen in my 50 years. Floor was muddy and sticky, there was garbage everywhere and the soda machine wasn’t even working. Oil and raw food in the floor behind the counter. Homeless people inside and outside and the cashier was playing with the phone the whole time. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!

Higher management needs to get involved with this location. I orders 10pc saucy chicken and put the wrong sauce. I went into the store for pick up and explained to the young man I made a mistake on my order and wanted BBQ. My order was already made and the manager up front told the young man to remake it for me which I appreciated. I get home and the young man in back gave me the same chicken ordered and not the remake. AS A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER MY SELF I am highly disappointed. I now have to buy something else for dinner. I wouldn't have been upset if the manager him self didn't tell the young man to remake it for me, but to give me the same order and tell me you changed it is beyond me.
