The most disgusting KFC I have seen in my 50 years. Floor was muddy and sticky, there was garbage everywhere and the soda machine wasn’t even working. Oil and raw food in the floor behind the counter. Homeless people inside and outside and the cashier was playing with the phone the whole time. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!

Higher management needs to get involved with this location. I orders 10pc saucy chicken and put the wrong sauce. I went into the store for pick up and explained to the young man I made a mistake on my order and wanted BBQ. My order was already made and the manager up front told the young man to remake it for me which I appreciated. I get home and the young man in back gave me the same chicken ordered and not the remake. AS A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER MY SELF I am highly disappointed. I now have to buy something else for dinner. I wouldn't have been upset if the manager him self didn't tell the young man to remake it for me, but to give me the same order and tell me you changed it is beyond me.

I should of read the reviews before coming here. The Jamaican light skinned lady has such a rude attitude. I ordered a famous bowl and sat down to eat. Soon as I opened it I seen a hair. I brought it to her and said sorry but can I get another one there's a hair in it. The food was untouched and she gave me a dirty look. She served me another one and it looked like a soup! As I was eating she was talking loudly with her coworkers about how customers can't be trusted after a customer left from using the bathroom which another employee gave a dirty look to the customer, was very uncomfortable. The professionalism is not in this store. I don't recommend

It was my first time at this location and at KFC.. I did an Uber eat for pick up.. 2little chicken combo and spicy chicken combo.. made an order of 2 each.. had my sister collect the order only three order came and they told her that’s all.. I went in the store and told them I’m missing a whole order.. but give me just a sandwich. Where it clearly said 2 order of the 2little chicken combo.. I had to explain everything in detail to them.. I had to show the app as well and show them I’m missing a whole combo order.. on top of that was manger was a little sassy as well.. first time buying from KFC.. will definitely be my last.. cause I was told from my friend they did that her as well at another location.. like I paid for this. I didn’t ask for free chicken... ..

I just wanted to get some ice, I already ordered at 2 pm and I asked the manager at the time could I have some ice at that point and he said no. I’ve ordered a kfc famous bowl and I made that super clear I really just wanted some ice and the light skinned manager wouldn’t let me. All his other employees looked at him with disgust like “are you serious you don’t wanna give this man some Ice”. This really ruined my experience because I just wanted some ice for the hot weather but the man wouldn’t budged. Don’t ever come here if you see that light skin manager trust me on that

Not to mention it was 9pm and they said they didn’t have chicken, they only had nuggets and tenders. On top of that the food was cold. Cup fell on the floor and he proceeded to put it back on the shelf like if i didn’t see him. They need to close it down! Dirtiest restaurant in Fordham. Don’t eat here!! Many other sanitary fast foods around.
How do you sell something and act like you don’t know what the person is talking about I have to tell the worker to look at the sign I will get a 2 star but the chicken was good

Today I walked into KFC at around 320 to make a purchase for my lunch. Louis was standing at the register. He never not once asked me if I need help or assistance he never jested next in line. He was very rude and customer service was horrible. Louis if he was ready, and if I can approach the register, he said that he was waiting for me when I was standing there, just looking at him and he continuously looked at me for over a minute. He was printing receipts from the register so I assumed that he was busy and he would ask if I needed help or if I wanted to make a purchase and he didn’t, his customer service is in need of reevaluation. I will never go back to that location. I have my management team in often. Mr. Lewis needs to understand the customer comes first always me standing in the management position. I put my customers first always, and I always make sure everybody is receiving help that’s customer service. I will inform my management team that that location is not good. We can order on Uber eats or Postmates or any other app from a different location.

I just placed a mobile order and it got canceled! I don’t understand what could have happened or maybe the driver wasn’t able to get there or whatever! However, as someone who works within the food service I understand things can get backed up and everything is all over the place! But as a customer if my order can’t get fulfilled, then maybe you guys need to try a different method in doing so! I see why you have 2.8 rating! I can imagine the attitudes in there as well as how you treat customers and delivery workers! So sad!
