Today I walked into KFC at around 320 to make a purchase for my lunch. Louis was standing at the register. He never not once asked me if I need help or assistance he never jested next in line. He was very rude and customer service was horrible. Louis if he was ready, and if I can approach the register, he said that he was waiting for me when I was standing there, just looking at him and he continuously looked at me for over a minute. He was printing receipts from the register so I assumed that he was busy and he would ask if I needed help or if I wanted to make a purchase and he didn’t, his customer service is in need of reevaluation. I will never go back to that location. I have my management team in often. Mr. Lewis needs to understand the customer comes first always me standing in the management position. I put my customers first always, and I always make sure everybody is receiving help that’s customer service. I will inform my management team that that location is not good. We can order on Uber eats or Postmates or any other app from a different location.

I just placed a mobile order and it got canceled! I don’t understand what could have happened or maybe the driver wasn’t able to get there or whatever! However, as someone who works within the food service I understand things can get backed up and everything is all over the place! But as a customer if my order can’t get fulfilled, then maybe you guys need to try a different method in doing so! I see why you have 2.8 rating! I can imagine the attitudes in there as well as how you treat customers and delivery workers! So sad!

Ordered 8 piece nuggets, got 7 pieces. In the same order, they did not give me any of that 3 sauces I paid for because they charge for em now. Also got 0 untensils even though I ordered a large corn bowl. Zero napkins as well. This is not the first time they did not give me condiments I paid for. Its like the 3rd. First time I am reviewing because now they deserve this review.

So I go to the location before its the only kcf closest to me which by the way is far from where u live, I order a 8 piece family combo and when I got home they were haf of the order I tried to call the number on the receipt but the phone never rang seems it was late in the evening and it was going to take me almost an hour to get there I went back the next day to explain what had happened the person on the front counter was on the phone with ear buds in ear I said good afternoon but no response I had to wait until the he was finished on his phone so I ask to speak to someone incharge he said why what happened so I explain to him what happened he then said what I'm going to tell you the manager going to say the same thing anyway he call the manager which look like a regular worker phone in hand and ear bud in ear I explain again she said it's store policy for not returning missing item only if you brought it back same day mean while with all of this I never received an apology the person claim to be a manager should be a little more apologetic but instead they started to laugh about the situation the workers look very young I still have my receipt.

I loved my order the first time and went back a second time. They do have a limited Menu - no twister wraps, no twister combo, no original or spicy.Otherwise, the place is nice, clean and cozy!They do not give water cup, nor extra cup - they sell the empty cup the price of a drink. I know it must be based on their experiences- but I needed a cup to share my toddler’s drink for them. Despite that explanation I was not given a cup.Lastly, great quick service!Nb: I recommended based on what I purchased.

The place is quite and not busy so I don’t understand how they still sell product that is raw and pink and then have a an attitude when you tell them about the food even if I eat the sandwich and it still pink don’t give them the right to not refund me my order or make a new one “ do you wanna check my temp log” said by Louis the manger he needs to do better when talking to people they need shut the whole store down and try again and go back to the drawing boards??????????????????????????????

The customer service is the worst customer service ever the phone are working properly to make a complaint , I pay for 2 family size,and only receive 1. Tip off. Make sure you check every time before you leave I am so upset.
