Order around 12pm. Got my order from the drive through. They packed my box with stale re fried chicken. Greasy dripping and fried soggy. I called and asked who was the manager the lady who answered said she was. I asked for her name she says she does not give out her name. I then said mam if you’re the manager there’s no need to hide you name. She goes on to say she won’t tell me her name. Call ends. The chicken smelled off and it tasted bitter. The color of the chicken was way darker than I have ever seen it.

At this restaurant, they're very slow at night, they don't take their work seriously, even if it's raining and you're outside they don't care about you, they do what they want

The female employee at the drive-through window on October 18th at 8:50 pm exhibited extremely rude behavior when we inquired about placing an order.
The situation escalated to the point where we were reluctant to order food. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate, we received no response from the employee. In response, she displayed a visibly disgusted reaction.
It is imperative that this employee be terminated immediately.

FOR DRIVERS( AS LONG AS YOUR FACE IS VISIBLE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE OFF YOUR HELMET) SET YOUR BOUNDARIES. I came here, not long ago, and I was told to take out my helmet, even though my face was completely visible wouldn’t give me the order even after I remove the helmet. I have to cancel the order and the customer probably got the food freezing just because I hurt someone’s ego by telling them no and respecting my own boundaries.

Went there today and the person at the register was rude when I handed him my KFC coupon. He asked me what I wanted which was listed on the coupon and asked me to read it. I told him what was on it and he said he did not have it so in the register. I asked him again if they do not honor the coupon and there is a code on it to enter as well. He still acted like he did not know what I was talking about . I just asked him again if they do not honor the coupon there and he acted last like he didn’t know what I was talking about. So I just left with my money and coupon and went to Wendy’s where it was a pleasure to deal with a better person who honored my coupon there. I will not be going there again the customer services was so rude!!!

If you want your food made by the rudest most unprofessional people this is the KFC for you. The lady on the drive through with heavy Jamaican accent cant be bother with any questions regarding the Family specials. Dont waste your time coming to this place until management hires more professional people who actually want to work

One of the best KFCs uptown. I had the three piece chicken combo 2 breast and a wing with fries and coleslaw. The chicken was so fresh and flavorful.
