I told them dark meat only. Leon, the manager said he will make sure it’s correct and still received white meat. I asked for my money back, but no refunds are given. The assistant manager Sharon is rude and told me to wait in the parking lot or drive around again through the drive-through to wait for a part of my order since it will take three minutes. Not going back here again. Spent $60 on garbage food and service.

They need to fire the older Jamaican lady with the braids. She is disrespectful and doesn’t know the menu. She would shout at customers and argue with them because of her own incompetence and lack of basic English speaking skills. People on a daily complain about her attitude and poor customer service.

Very bad behavior don’t know how to talk customers
KFC is legendary for its taste. It's the gold standard for all chicken based franchises. As a customer I've never had an issue with the quality of food or staff.
As a Dasher depending on the time of day orders can take a while to be completed. Especially around lunchtime and when the kids get out of school. Always make sure to pack your patience because you will need it. The staff is always professional.

I’m sick of these workers, don’t know how to work at all and always being rude to the delivery people. When I pay for my food I expect to see everything I paid for in the bag. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
There is a girl with red Colored hair, she doesn’t care about delivery people. She doesn’t know how to respect people in restaurant as a store Clark. Manager should look at her and train her how to respect people.

The food was greasy it didn't taste fresh the chicken was so small they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken. Everything was just mushed together in 2 small boxes instead of just giving me a bucket. I ordered a big meal but the food was just mushed together in 2 paper bags. By the time I got the food home it was a greasy mushy mess the bags and boxes were ripped moist and falling apart. I definitely didn't feel like the amount I spent on that big meal was worth the amount of food they give it's to small.

Wow the food was nastyyyy , the service was great the minute I walk in looks like they are having an important meeting not sure but I hope it was about the food , the corn was hard the gravy was old I’m sorry but the kfc right down the road was 100 percent better not sure it didn’t taste nothing like kfc
