Genuinely one of the nastiest things I’ve ever tasted in my life. Fried chicken drenched in bbq sauces to the point where the texture makes you gag. And just look at the wraps. The soda also came flat. Just get Popeyes people🤦♂️

The worse service and food ever. The phone number doesn’t work and I’m calling cooperate. Just because they are in the heart of zombie the treat the food like such. Old dry and flavorless. Not at all the original recipe and I don’t understand why they are still open. It’s almost my fault for ordering from such a place. SHUT THIS KFC DOWN

Why on earth did I think getting food at the KFC in third ave would be a positive experience? I ordered 3 honey bbq sandwiches and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Maybe the people preparing my food didn't pass math class but I got 0 bbq chicken sandwich and instead got 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. Then I ordered 4 honey bbq drumsticks and got none. So that was a waste of $8 bucks. The only thing she got right was my side order of mashed potatoes and fries so thanks for that I guess. This is the last time ill be coming to this location. What a waste of money and time. I never knew working in fast food service was such a challenge. Then the receipt has the audacity to say my food was double checked. Checked for what? Incompetence.

This KFC is horrible. You wait on long lines for incorrect orders. Most of the workers have attitudes. The soda fountain is unkept. The food is mostly always over cooked. From hard biscuits to dried out chicken. Dont expect much from this particular restaurant.

Been to this KFC a few times and they always come through. Food’s fresh, hot, and on point. Staff are super cool—Pamela especially, and the supervisor (don’t know his name) keeps everything moving. Place is usually clean, only downside is the AC doesn’t always work, which sucks more for the staff than the customers. Still, they always serve it up with a smile.

Dirty outside & inside. Panhandlers outside & inside. Staff is unfriendly &/or rude. They're always out of something. 2 hours before closing & they're options are very limited & they're not willing to make a new batch. Last time I actually got to order, when I got home I was so upset to see they didn't give me what I asked for, which the manager had promised he would personally handle. I used to love KFC. Now I've come to love Popeye's. I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down.

There is no air conditioning making it unpleasant to enjoy your meal and their bike messengers lock their bike’s blocking the entrance which is a concern let alone illegal and staff is desensitized. The male manager is the best but I’d keep my eye on the blonde or light skinned Latina with blonde hair because she doesn’t give out receipts and totals are always like $10 or $15 etc but otherwise their food is always on point
