We ordered two meals via Uber, which included two boxes of five items each, three side dishes, and two drinks. We only received six items in total, no fries, and no sauces. That's not satisfactory!

At the Kentucky fried chicken on 149th St. in the Bronx , upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the unclean condition of the floors and tables. Despite a sizable line, only one cash register was operational, which seemed inadequate. When I interacted with the manager to place my order, I found him to be unapproachable and unfriendly. After mentioning my previous issue with the coleslaw salad and asking him to check its freshness, he became aloof and retreated to the back. When my order arrived, I chose to leave due to the substandard quality of the food. The chicken was fried in aged oil, and the sides, including the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese, were unappetizing. To rectify these issues, an area supervisor or franchise owner should conduct a spot check to assess the establishment's operational standards. Moreover, a review of workplace professionalism and ethics may be warranted.

Parking: Parking is very hard street parking only, Two blocks over a parking lot.

Good for a meal on the go I just recently went there on January 21st and it's will repulsive herat I say, save your money. I knew I was in for a disgusting meal when I got home and the chicken was dripping black oil. Basically meaning the used dirty or old oil. It was hardly edible. I wish I can get my money back because no one in my household ate it, but the garbage. You can do this to people. Nasty work all around. Corporate please contact me because you shouldn't be having days like this. I bought a meal for a friend and he felt insulted as if I tampered with the food I gave him. Your poisoning people. Anyone that purchased feed on this day, please confirm so corporate can be aware of how disgusting this place is ran. Please

Very unprofessional. I overheard the manager arguing with an African guy and saying that he cannot wait until trump is in the office to deport immigrants.. so rude… on top of that the chicken wasn’t tasty at all

This place pissed me off not only did they give me what they wanted to give me after I paid for a 4 piece crispy chicken meal. The chicken was old and over cooked. They all seemed like they didn't want to work especially the cashier and the manager was sitting at a table talking to his friends or whoever. This place is ghetto I wished I checked my food before leaving I probably would of threw it at them. $30 down the drain and couldn't even eat it.

Horrible experience, servers seem like they don't care about your order. Had to go to management to be assisted. Blonde hair, black girl yesterday after 6 dropped some food containers on the grey shaded red tile floor. Looked around and continued to put the fallen containers back in the rack where they fell from. At that point, I wanted a refund. But my previous experience was to no avail. If it was not for my Nana I would not even eat from this franchise.

I ordered online and when I get there .They cancelled my order because they were rushing to do the cleaning and go home.I ask them to give me the kfc customer service and one of the staff said they doesn’t the number.I finally search the number on Google and call them for my refund.will never from this restaurant again.. very rude manager too..
