Been to this KFC a few times and they always come through. Food’s fresh, hot, and on point. Staff are super cool—Pamela especially, and the supervisor (don’t know his name) keeps everything moving. Place is usually clean, only downside is the AC doesn’t always work, which sucks more for the staff than the customers. Still, they always serve it up with a smile.

The low rating must be explained. KFC goes to great lengths to make its food uniform in taste everywhere. Mission accomplished! However, they cannot control the neighborhoods or people. This KFC is dirty and dangerous and NOT to be visited after dark and take extreme precaution in the daytime. South Bronx 3rd Avenue. Nothing else needs to be said!
