I boght 3pcs fried chiken and some fries and biscuit.. I spent 12 dollar.. when I come home I saw they gave the chiken that was very bad.. I Don't know why they give us like that,,, very bad . i just waste my money

The Hip-Hop Box

Every time I go early Tuesday before noon to get the eight piece for $10 the chicken taste like it was warmed up chicken that was left over from the night before KFC just does not taste the same anymore. The chicken taste old the flavor is not there I will discontinue going to KFC And opt out for Popeyes, which is right across the street their competition at least their chicken has flavor and is always fresh.

I have been wanting a fish sandwich. The KFC website says it offering a fish sandwich for the first time. I decided to try it. When I got to the register I asked the cashier if they had the fish sandwich. Annoyed simply pointed up at the menu. I am visually impaired so I informed her that I couldn't see the menu. Exasperately she asked if I wanted my sandwich mild or spicy. I told her spicy and paid for my order. When the order was complete and the worker from. The back called ne my spicy chicken sandwich I told her that's not what I ordered. She just walked away. The cashier still with a nasty attitude said this is KFC we only serve chicken. I requested a refund. I also tried to show the cashier the website but she ignored me.
Your staff needs customer service training. Especially on dealing with the disabled.All the cashier had to say is we don't offer that here.
I've lived in this neighborhood for 24 yrs. We don't need businesses that don't have respect for the people in the community.

I visited this KFC to pick up some chicken tenders for my mom and a small mashed potato for myself. While waiting in line, I was translating the menu items for my mom. When it was finally my turn to order, the cashier abruptly and rudely interrupted me, saying, "We don't have chicken tenders," before I had a chance to speak.

Firstly, it's standard practice to greet customers politely. Secondly, it’s important to allow customers to communicate their order before responding. Most importantly, there is no need for an unprofessional attitude.

I was initially excited to see a new KFC in the area, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Instead, I promptly walked over to Popeyes and chose not to purchase anything from this location.

Store just opened. Lots of competition there. Food is good and came out fast. but I can tell you I will never come back this store. No service mind. Store is not busy no customer behind me how you talk to me that You’re wasting my time. That should not be the word that came out from people who take care customer in hospitality restaurants field. I totally disappoint with staff in this location.

Service was ok. Order came out fast. When i got home the chicken was burnt and salty. My family had to pick apart the chicken and most went into the garbage. Very disappointed. Hopefully its because the store just opened

The team is super attentive, welcoming and everyone seem to move with neck-breaking speed. Of course, as we know, once you enter- the physical space for the customers is microscopic. Very glad they finally opened.
