While the good tasted good what isnt good is the fact that I have to order a separate rice when ordering curry chicken. How am I supposed to eat the curry like soup? This place changed a lot and I dont like. Won't be ordering again

Last week , we went on Khalil with fam & ordered Thai chicken soup with no shrimp . But instead they gave us shrimp & when I gave complaint she was being ignorant & rude . Terrible service ,you guys need to be more professional & concentrate on work

Me and my husband, We went there at 9:30 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11 PM, but the staff had already started cleaning and closing up while we were still eating. It made us feel rushed and unwelcome. I ordered the chicken Thai soup, but it was incredibly disappointing—watery and lacking any noticeable chicken or flavor. For a place that displays so many certificates on the wall, you’d expect better customer service and food quality. I hope they take this as constructive feedback to improve both.

I tried a Bangladeshi Chinese spot in the Bronx—overall a good halal Chinese option. The Thai Soup, Special Fried Rice, and Chicken Sizzling were tasty and satisfying. However, the wanton didn’t meet expectations. Service was average and a bit slow.

I’m a regular customer here, and I’ve usually had good experiences, but today was really disappointing. The service was poor — the way the staff spoke came off as rude, the wait time was very long, and my order wasn’t even taken correctly. We spend our hard-earned money on food, and if the service and quality aren’t good, it just feels like a waste. Please consider giving these jobs to people who are willing to do them properly and respectfully. I really hope things improve, because I’ve always appreciated this place in the past.

She talking with her boyfriend talking all noses no respect for I standing with my daughter I am very upset that you keep people like this. Girl with hijab. I can not believe it.
