They have the GOODTOGO service app , false advertisement, called and they said it's not true , bad business scam , spoke to management and got charged , I called and said I can't speak to manager aigain about nothing and click they hanged up on me , I bought food there before, delicious amazing food but this is not right , owner better work on their employees, not everyone speaks Bangaly in the United States , I am Indian myself so please don't treat me other wise

It's been while I came to Bronx, great experience. End up here because I wanna try the biriani. It was good , not the best ! I also got some rasgolla as well for my family so they can try at home.Restaurant is smaller then I expected, clean & organized tho.Stuff were very helpful, I was following their attitudes towards some irritating desi customers! I gotta say they handled the situations pretty well. Seating there me personally was getting irritating towards the customers actions but the stuff were still very nice & calm. I so appreciate that, what an excellent service I didn't use the restroom because while I was washing my hands before eating I can actually smell the bathroom from outside . Made me almost puke, that's why I took 1 star away ! Hopefully this will be fixed sooner & next time I come back I can add back that star . Because they do deserve all the stars !I hope all the very best for this restaurant & hope the food will still be great & service stays awesome !

There aren't enough restaurants that serve delicious Bangladeshi dishes here. This restaurant is different. I would say they have the best biriyani. Kacchi biriyani is their most popular item. I tried 4 types of items and I liked kacchi most too. But that's the most expensive one as well.

Food is horrible here. I got sick last week. Not a single staffs cares about the food and service. Not only that service staffs are so rude. Tables are dirty but they letting guest to sit before it should be clean and wipe the table. It's disgusting!!!Chef is the one bragging about his food and I heard today he is bragging that Malaysian diplomat asked him to open a restaurant in Malaysia which is completely lie. I would never go back again and I'll tell my friends and family who used to dine out there not to go anymore. If I could give them 0 star I wouldn't hesitate.

Khalil Biriyani in Bronx taking advantage. They’re charging ridiculous Amount of money for their Handy Biriyani which is sucks.. No smells clay pot, too salty, too pricey Don’t care about their customers anymore. The owner Khalil Having too much of pride now a days.
