I came here at 9:09pm and it supposed to be closed at 10:00pm but it’s close that early it’s 9:00pm like what??? I just wanted some donuts

Came in early due to a coupon I received through the application. Very excited to find parking and no crowd yet on Fordham. Your donuts are always Fabulous but the store smelled like dirty armpits when I came in. Even a family came in after and she was like what Is that smell. Not good hygiene practice smh. Secondly this store is always having a problem with the register every time I provide a coupon or reward from the Krispy Kreme app it takes the attendant a while to figure out how to apply or even call management very time consuming.

Almost $14 for 6 donuts was way too much money, but my brother loves them. So you do what you need to do for family. Seeing his smile was priceless.

Walked into a very clean store. Welcomed right away by someone behind the counter. Gave us time to peruse our surroundinga before we picked up the Harry Potter donuts with an iced coffee. Tasty on all fronts. Given to is with a friendly smile and excellent service. Will go there again even though prices have gone up way a lot. But, you pay for the service, the product, and the experience. Thanks, Krispy Kreme!!!

The customer is usually pretty good when you come in the workers do acknowledge you and say hello. But the worker Luis clearly has a problem with saying hello, I come in and say hello as I see he wasn’t going to say hello let alone take my order as he’s just staring at me. After he completes my order he takes the customer after me and he says “hello, what can I get for you today?” I guess he picks and chooses who he says hello to.

Yesterday I placed an order through Uber Eats and for nearly AN HOUR I kept seeing my delivery person kept changing. Then I get a call from a worker over there at Krispy Kreme that there were no more plastic bags to place my coffee into. I told them I will reach out to customer service to see what can be done. The worker straight up told me he was trying to cancel my order due to not having any bags. My time was wasted. Ultimately my order was delivered and guess what, it was delivered in the Krispy Kreme bags. Where were the bags all that time that you could not find it right away? Unbelievable

First I order online came in had none of my donuts. Hours says open at 6 got there after 7 was not even opened
Walked in today around 3:45 stood by the donuts while the workers had a good and loud conversation in the back. They didn't even realize I was standing there.

Placed an order online. Came to pick it up around 11:15. Door was locked. I waited around 15 min before I had to leave. Called back and they claim someone picked up my order and refuse to refund

Best doughnuts in the Bronx, friendly service.
Great product. Love the doughnuts here. If you get a Jelly doughnut, it actually has jelly. Far superior to Dunkin. The chillers are great too. The coffee could be better, but I did go during the later hours so no shocker there. Great customer service. Some of the friendliest people work here and they sell merchandise. Love the t-shirts and the dog toys.
I wish they would bring the peach doughnut back (it was part of the limited time Dolly Parton set) or make a French cruller one.

The doughnuts are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher.
Milk, 2 doughnuts is 10+ dollars.
It's just getting ridiculous that one is no longer able to enjoy a little treat yourself.
