Might as well close the store. Customer service sucks and I can’t ever get a coffee because there’s always an issue with the machine ??? I came in and asked for a latte. “Latte machine is broken” okay I’ll get a caramel iced coffee, gets handed a black iced coffee… no caramel no milk. I asked him what’s this and he says a coffee. Asked to put cream, and he added the “cream” hiding the cup and hands it to me all sticky and wet from the coffee. I threw the coffee out, didn't feel comfortable drinking something he had to hide from me to “fix” .

I came to this location multiple times. The cashier/worker has attitude problems every single time I come. I never had a pleasant experience with her as yet.
One time I had a panhandler IN the location cursing me out because I didn't give him any money.
I avoid getting doughnuts' just to avoid interacting with the cashier sometimes.

Just wondering why you guys are advertising your open and your not. I took a Uber from east 180th street to pick up 4 dozen donuts before my shift. I’m a teacher and I wanted to surprise my scholars with something and couldn’t because you’re not putting authentic store hours.

Haven't had my donut fix in a while so I tried the 4 new ones and they were great. Need to keep them on the menu.
Donuts are made every 3 hours very fresh,, dunkin fonuts will sell you a hard donut after 5 pm. because they are not made every 3 hrs.

As a rewards member, I'd like it if they could honor promotions. Helping customers with a sale honestly and respectfully goes a long way. This site seems to struggle with offering discounts and promotions as advertised. This is disappointing because I really enjoy treating my family to Krispy Kremes regardless of promotions. Love the doughnuts. If the service could match, it would be much appreciated.
