I called today and placed an order at 8:17pm, called back 4 times after waiting for over 2 hrs the food never arrived the delivery driver said they delivered the food. I used my card to pay for the order and the driver handed my food to someone else. Never called to tell me that my food was downstairs or anything. Poor customer service and the delivery driver needs to be fired.

Never got to place an order because the lady couldn’t help or answer what was the difference between buying the small amount or getting a big amount or how the container ( box, plastic) she was not informative enough for me to buy from you or to become a customer. It’s always good to have employees well aware of their menu so they can explain to the customers and be able to answer our questions. I work in the Food and Beverage Industry and I know how to answer questions or quantity related to what I do!

I’ve ordered chicken and broccoli from this Chinese store a couple and times and every time the chicken is hard to chew and raw. Nothing wrong with the rice but the chicken it’s not giving chicken. I get immediate food poisoning!!!DONT ORDER IT. Get the chicken wings the only thing that’s safe.

I called an order at 644 pm the driver text me at 744 pm that he was outside he never showed up I've called about my order every 15 min after that it was cancel at 9pm spoke to the manager he said they cancel cause I didn't pick up my food that fool never called me so he said would I like to place another order and he'll talk to the driver are you serious that's not cool I've have been spending my money here 4 a long time he could at least offer me something for this mishap lm very upset about this
