My black customers, help me out here. I went into the bakery trying to purchase an $4 item. My bag was placed behind the counter, until payment was made. Now I’m hoping the shorter, slim lady was just having a moment BUTT it didn’t look good. #

I don't like to talk about food but for a place like this to still be open is disgusting. The pastries are old and dry, the flan is like your eating only eggs, the cakes are nasty and the place inside is very dirty and sticky.

If I can put 0 stars I would. I ordered a tres leche cake n the cake tastes dry like a regular cake no taste at all. I know that tres leche cake suppose to have a milk leakage that's what it's all about . A waist of 45$. I will find somewhere else. Very dissatisfied ?. One star for the cream n view.

Terrible service from the employee who today, July 3, 2022, my husband trying to order a birthday cake and the employee, ignoring what we had ordered, decided not to place the order due to her bad service.
La Bella Rosa baker in the Boogie Down Bronx on Tremont Ave. Is the place go if you want excellent cakes, and pastry. I love there bread with butter toasted. It the way they press it on the toaster. I also like there bread pudding, and flan which is a custard.

Birthday was March 11 and I got a cake from these guys and I don’t suggest getting a key from them I pay $75 for my cake and wasn’t able to put whatever I want it on top of my key I wanted lemon filling they didn’t have it the cake itself taste like cardboard dry and it was all that whip cream icing had no taste to it and the strawberry filling was very bland taste it like a diet cake with no sugar. I will never spend money at this place again for me to pay $75 for a cake that I couldn’t have whatever I want it on it was unfair I wanted sunflowers they told me I couldn’t get sunflowers I had to get roses and I didn’t understand why very unhappy it was a waste and my cake was horrible and I give it zero stars it doesn’t even deserve one star
