Very disappointed overall. I decided to order from this place for the first time & my food quality was terrible. Even my lemonade had a very weird taste & smell. I seriously had to butcher my entire meal because some parts weren’t even cooked right. Honestly save your money.

Excellent Puerto Rican food at its best. Beautiful people. No gimmicks. No cutting corners. This restaurant doesn't play games when it comes to food. Extremely old building in the Bronx, lots of history. I've been coming here for over 25 years. It's a must have to go to. Will be coming back again as always. Cheers.

The place was clean but the staff doesn't practice healthy hygiene. The young lady made fresh garden salad for the bar with no glove and placed the side salad in my order to go. I just tossed my meal in the garbage.

Everything was delicious. The arroz con gandules tasted like a grandma made it. The roast pork was perfect. The pasteles...wow. Loved it.

Food is actually good, its a small non luxurious place, Whe it comes to price, it is very, very cheap. I Luke it

Roast pork (pernil) was good and tasty as was the alcapurria de yuca, but the pastelitos (chicken turnovers) werent. The service isnt the most friendly either.
