On Easter Sunday! One waiter very un ethical and unprofessional. Does not know how to take order. The food needs authenticity!! How a Shrimp Ceviche be tasteless even with the onions. They don't even have a food hot sauce Sriracha it's not for all types of food!! Unless you don't know about good tasty food.

FYI update on my review. My daughter was able to contact some one at the restaurant and explained the situation. TheY did send a new order and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Very good customer service.

We when to eat (3 people) and after 25 minutes they told us that one of the orders where not available ( they could told us earlier I guess) so them one of us stay without dinner.

This place has gone super downhill lately. Prices went up a lot. And quality and service is way down. This is what happens when a place gets popular and starts thinking they are irreplaceable. We sat and ordere.d 30 mins later as they are about to bring out everyone else in my party's food, thwy come to tell me that they actually are out of the cilantro lime chicken that I ordered half and hour ago. Ummm, shouldn't you have known that a few mins after I ordered and not waited till the rest of the food was coming out. And then tried to convince me to get something else that I did not want at all. Will not be coming back at all. Glad to put this place in the rear view. A member of my party ordered a steak, and most of it was just fat, not even meat. Thwy also needed us to rimend them of the sidesthat they kept forgetting to bring multiple time. Also, the restaurant was less than 1/4 full, so what's thw excuse. 0 stars. Goodbye.

The truth is I expected a lot from this restaurant even more after seeing the good reviews. I ordered the breast in lemon sauce with cilantro and it was pretty bad so I had to change the dish to roast breast. I tried other people's food and it wasn't very good either. The price is really not worth it, it seems very expensive for what it is. Among others, very good customer service.

I had enjoyed the restaurant on Morris Park many times, also love the vegetarian options, I brought my family many times. Went to the La Masa on Tremont ave and Bruckner, ordered apps, meals and drinks, myself and guest both had drinks that had Blackberries in it. Several hours later, my guest became extremely ill, buckled over in pain and violently ill. I thought I was safe from being ill, but at 2 am, I also started to be sick from both ends, for several hours. I contacted the Restaurant the next day 3 times, just to ask that they do not serve the Blackberries to anyone else, and have manager call back to confirm this. No call, I called the following day, no response from morris park or Tremont. I then went to Morris Park location 3 days later, still no response? I reported the Food poisoning to the Health Department and hope no one else became sick. I was not looking for anything just an apology, but no response. You lost a long time customer.

If in the area good place to try. They a large variety of empanadas vegan also. Everything is made to order vegan and vegetarian options also. Excellent drinks sangria was great. We had eggplant, cheeseburger, shredded beef chicken and spinach and cheese empanadas. All were delicious service was great

Love this place!!! I've been to the one on Morris Park & Lydig Ave. Both I've really enjoyed. Good food, great service, nice drinks and the colors in the restaurant are cute too. Always clean and quick with the food.

Well , my best friend Catalina and I, we used to go to eat the empanadas and have a good time , but nowadays we decided not going there anymore because the high prices on the food and especially the crazy amount taxes they charge . And let’s not talk about the tips they ask for anything . In conclusion if you go there, and you wanna eat empanadas you need to spend more or less $200.

Love the food. One of my favorite places. However, when I order delivery is a hit or miss. Recently we had a maduro relleno to go, sadly it tasted spoiled, we couldn’t eat it. Other times the food is as good as dine in.Must have: Sancocho, empanadas, carrileros, bandeja paisa and salchipapas loaded. All the menu is great.
That ceviche is useless and apart from that they give you little and they give you a pittance of shrimp and the salty tostones chips that cannot even be called tostones as it appears in this video because it was not, I do not recommend this dish to consume or and they charge very expensive for a tray paisa and it was delivery, not recommended❌⚠️⛔️
