Ordered takeout and the food that arrived was completely burnt to a crisp. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and both the fries and empanadas were burned and inedible. On top of that, the food was extremely salty. The quality of the food has tremendously gone downhill. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one charging $35 for a meal. There is no excuse for food leaving the kitchen in this condition. I will never order from this place again—an extremely disappointing experience and a total waste of money.

Celebrated my mother's birthday at La Masa. We had around 50 people. Diany and her team were amazing. The food and drinks options...so delicious. We ATE! We had an amazing time, and I can't thank them enough for helping make my mom's day one to remember.

We LOVE La Masa - the food is amazing and the portions are huge. One entree with an appetizer is enough for 2 people easily, usually with some left over. The drinks are delicious - especially their mojitos. And the staff is just so sweet and friendly. You can't find a better place in the Bronx for a good meal.

I ordered my take out food over the phone and was told 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later for the lady to tell me 5 more minutes. No problem. I waited and waited and waited. 50 minutes went by and she finally came out with my food which tasted absolutely horrible. So sad to say that this was my 2nd time there and the first time was no better and there will not be a 3rd time. The food is just not good unfortunately and I try to support the community but I can no longer spend my money there.
