I usually never leave a review, especially if its bad, but these workers are honestly terrible. They’ve both messed up my order, given me undercooked food, and given my orders away to random people only to then argue with me that the order was picked up by someone, missing the point that whoever picked it up wasnt me. I speak both english and spanish and if they think they can get around a problem they caused by faking a language gap, they will try. And if they believe that you cant speak Spanish, they will insult you to your face and lie about it. Terrible, consistently terrible.

This is the most racist place I have ever been to. If you are from a Hispanic background and speak Spanish then you are good to go but if not don't even bother. Went into this place and stood there for 10 minutes and not one of the workers acknowledged me. Then a Hispanic male came in and provided service and left remind I was still standing there. One of the workers served her Hispanic customer and I thought okay I am next but instead worker proceeded to stand there and have a whole conversation with the customer and her daughter so I politely walked out. Never again remind you when I went into the bakery aside from the Hispanic customer with her daughter there was no one else but me and then the Hispanic male.

I didn’t put 1 star only because I actually do like their food / bakery items and when I go in person customer service is good. HOW EVER, I ordered from them through Grubhub and received someone else order. Okay, mistakes happen … BUT when they send their orders out, they staple a receipt with your name, full address and phone number, so now some stranger has all of my personal info !. I get it, the delivery people have my info as well in order to deliver to me BUT they are employees of what ever delivery app I choose to order from and can be held accountable for anything ?. That said, They NEED TO SERIOUSLY be more aware when giving out orders for delivery or simply put the names of the orders on the bags instead of those receipts because the delivery ppl (Grubhub , Uber eats etc..) already have the info the need to deliver.
