Late Post but I had to leave a review.This Bakery is really fire!! In September 2023 I came here a few weeks before my girl birthday And the cake I asked for came out excellent!! Better than I expected and it wasn't expensive. I would say very affordable. Other places would charge more and give you a trash cake. I surprised my girl with her cake and the whole family loved it. The Bronx still has some gems! Go here if you want your cake made right for any occasion. Peep the pics!
I recently order a cake ,for my husband’s 60 birthday party . The cake was delicious and well done . I’m been a costumer for over a year now , and I have no complaints ..

The cake came out great. I brought flowers and macaroons to add to the cake which they worked with me on picking a great design to include everything in the design. I will definitely get another cake from them!

They said it takes 2 hrs to make the cake i gave them 3 1/2 came in and waited another half. I literally live 1 block away but walking carefully with the cake, the top half completely slide off from the bottom half . never ever answers there phone. Couldn't serve/present that cake it was useless. Very sad.Update: 4 years later much better customer service friendly very helpful happy to do there job. The cake taste amazing every party, everyone wants to switch from there bjs cake to La Rosa!!! I order from here everytime haven’t had any cake slips but get smudges. the blue cake is 4 years ago compared to now your shop has improve so much thank you for great service and convenience

I wouldn’t recommend this bakery they don’t follow directions and they don’t package the cakes correctly and my daughters cake looked horrible when I arrived to pick it up and the counter girl had an attitude

Always order my Birthday cakes from there. They are delicious!My experience, as far as customer service, it can be hit or miss.-Attention to detail is not their strong point; they put my LAST name in the cake, lol!-They RARELY pick up the phone-Their hours of operation listed on Google are incorrect-If you aren't of Hispanic/Latin origin, service can be kind of biased & secondaryAll in all, a delicious product and prices are moderately reasonable.

they were unable to create a very VERY simple look I asked for and they ask you to send a picture. I guess whoever works there at the time I got my cake could not write in script and gave me the most hideous handwriting I've ever seen on a cake. It was just a very ugly cake compared to what I showed them and I wouldnt present this to people at an event. If you want a small cake just to eat because it's good sure but if you're looking for nice looking cakes for brithdays/events and attention to detail maybe look somewhere else.

I had being buying cake here for the last 30 year and they are very good and their prices exelent ...and if you ask for Adolfo he will make you cake personalize....The owner, his wife and Adorfo are great they can add sugar to all you eventts...Congratulations you are doing a great job in our Bronx community and You are a good small business example to learn to.
