We spent $30.00 on garbage. The chicken chunks were undercooked, the salchipapas for $8 aren’t worth it, they probably used half of hot dog and the rest was French fries. They have raised their prices but the quality and quantity isn’t even worth it. We will never go back. The owner never takes accountability and we know him personally which sucks

The food has been declining in the last year… it’s honestly not their fault it’s my fault for keep trying to support a business that doesn’t care if customers return. Last week I brought a juice cleanse that had six juices of the six three were spoiled. I tried to reach out for some solution and I have gotten no where. They can keep that $50 the last $50 or $1 they got from me.

I was at the barbershop nearby and decided to go in and see klk with this place. I ordered Order Club Chicken sandwich with potatoes, quipes and a sapote smoothie. And I actually loved everything. Whatever you order, the service and the place are very clean!! NOTE I DON'T KNOW OWNERS OR EMPLOYEES. (I recommend it)

The food is good but the cooks in the back are the slowest people in the history of food. They take up to an hour to get your food. Like seriously, Everytime I come here.. they move at a snails pace. If your really hungry this is not the place for you, you will be waiting an hour for your food!

This place takes so long to get your order ready! Even if you walk In to the store you have to wait 20-30 minutes. It’s no reason i ordered a smoothie at 8am and at 10am i still didn’t get it.

Called the business today and encountered a man who I know by face when I go in person but don't know his name. He is new to the business and not sure if related to the owner because his unprofessionalism was reckless. He talks like he's on a street corner and not in a business. This man had me on hold while taking orders in the store came on the line from what I thought ready to take my order and puts me on hold again so I said something about it, and he flipped. He argued back and forth with me on the line then said hold on and took another order. I hung up called back same guy picked up and again he was unprofessional. I asked him about an omlette and what's in it and he said look at the menu I don't have time to tell you. PEOPLE this business is in the community it doesn't matter how good there food may be, how you treat people means more, that is what keeps people going back. This man has no business speaking to me or anyone at that the way he did. If he does not like his job he should find something else!!! He must of forgotten that this is the Bronx and people don't care now an days humbleness goes along way!

Ordering from Uber. Half my order was missing, called the restaurant numerous times as they didn’t refund the items they didn’t send. I called about 4 times and each time was placed on hold and no one ever returned to the phone. Horrible!

They were recently shut down by the health department and can see why?. I was there in person yesterday and was completely suggested by the filth. Fans/light fixtures covered in thick cob webs and dust. Refrigerator were soda is held has human hairs inside and so dirty. A storage refrigeration/food storage dirty, dried spilled food, old foo uncovered and visible to customers makes this even more upsetting. Imagine what we can’t see? Food is pretty good but unfortunately won’t be returning because I couldn’t stand the sight of all the filth. Go in person and you will see exactly what I’m talking about. Nothing was clean, nothing!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

This is the third time I order online and they manage to put ingredients that I’m allergic to on a drink that doesn’t have those ingredients (after specifically saying I’m allergic to certain fruits).

The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time it happened, I called about it. This is the THIRD TIME. It’s really upsetting because I used to come here all the time.

Will not be coming back for any of their juices.
