Avoid. As a local, this used to be my go to bakery growing up. Nowadays, it's become a shell of what it used to be. It shouldn't take a manager to be on-site to provide decent customer service or food.

Nobody who is preparing the food is wearing a hair net, which has resulted in hair in my coffee and me reporting this. Their prices are nowhere to be seen, which allows them to charge whatever they feel like, and depending on who is checking you out at the register. Attitude is all over the place.

You're better off supporting another local bakery or deli, as you'd receive better service and food elsewhere.

Thank you so much for creating my wedding cake. I’ve been to this bakery for over 20 years.

They’re so rude!

That small lady in the morning has been there for a long time and she has such a bad attitude. They have to get their DoorDash in order because the incorrect pricing is a pain especially when you call them to slightly modify an order, they give you such a headache if it costs slightly more but they won’t even offer the option on the app to add more and that’s not our fault.

Cashiers should have a notebook or something to write down; Before, my family and I would order there and most of the time they would forget to get the drinks or put the correct amount of food. The shredded meat should be improved as I have found bones in it or things that shouldn't be there.

I love this bakery! Their cakes are amazing! My family gets their birthday cakes from here every year since forever. the person who decorates their cakes does amazing! They are always busy so it can get a little hectic sometimes. But their desserts are always fresh and delicious. My go-to is there tres leches! Only spot in the Bronx that I get my tres leche slice from.

Parking: Parking is a little hectic sometimes. But since I'm in and out I usually just double park.

Place is super disorganized . Messed up my cake 2 yrs in a row. My first cake fell down like if it was hot when it got decorated . Then they wouldn’t fix it made me take home one layer in fondant and one in buttercream. Today I tried to pick up a 1/2 birthday cake done in half of cake and they gave me a whole cake and wouldn’t fix it . Very rude workers. Never understand the others place but collect money very quick . Don’t waste your time eating here . Today I seen roaches on the donuts smh
They don’t even have an inspection grade . Don’t waste your time with this place you’ll be disappointed!!!!

This place has really gone downhill. The new staff are rude, they try to overcharge for the birthday cakes, and they act like they can't be bothered to help you. I've been going to this bakery for years to get our family cakes, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. The pastries aren't fresh, and the food they sell doesn't look very appetizing. The bakery is stuffy and uncomfortable to be in.

This establishment is great for cakes and deserts but they also run a diner basically. The food is decent. Typical breakfast food, sandwiches. They also have Spanish breakfast but sometimes it be dry looking. The pastellios are tasty especially with the dipping sauce. I def recommend them for breakfast.

Unprofessional staff. The old mexican lady behind the register and the dominican chic with the mustache are nasty.
