Ok size bakery. Service is meh. Doesn't even give off the bakery smell. The cookies taste like they're 5 days past their toss out day. Butter cookies just turn into a million crumbs and I had 3 different types. Tasteless and nutrigrain bar like crumbs. The only good Italian bakeries I find in the bronx are near little Italy and omgggg any and everything at Barinos on Ampere Ave (and their a deli). Brooklyn has THE BEST ITALIAN BAKERIES Black and white cookie was tasteless. My uncle was so anxious to go there and we were both disappointed.

A lot of pastries are burnt if you’re not checking they’ll slip the burnt ones in a box and sell them. You have to be specific and tell them exactly the ones you want and before they close your box check them again. I don’t understand why they try to sell them off or even put them on display.

anytime I come up to New York our first stop is at the bakery. my wife, my friend and myself always get an onion roll and pastries. I live in Florida now and you can’t even get anything as close as what they have. The girls that work there are great. The next day I went back and they ran out of onion rolls, the day after I went back and they had two saved for me. How can you top that type of service in atmosphere? We make sure we go every day until we return to Florida.

If I could give 0 stars I would all the pastries taste old and taste like they were made a long time ago which I think they become the tres leche was expired and the milk was curdled and I didn't notice to till after the purchase.... Be better

Where do i even begin! the cookies are delicious! my coffee, made by Franchesca is the best , perfect in sweetness and so good ! The owner Armando is super attentive to all his customer and workers! He has an awesome team! Would definitely recommend to everyone around the area.

I give it one star because if I don't give it it won't let me give my opinion, the service of the woman who works on Wednesday, May 29 at 9:00 am, is not good at serving people, we entered my husband said good morning! She didn't respond, she didn't even turn to look, we started to see what cake ? we would buy, we would also buy breakfast too, but the woman made a bad face at us as if she wasn't paid for her work, I don't know if she is the owner, or an employee but she is very bad person to serve, I told my husband that we should leave them that these people don't want to work, they don't want to sell, they don't want our money ?, so we left and looked for another bakery that there we bought the 2 cakes we were looking for. Employers would like to make the interview more professional so that their employees can treat customers better. It is for the benefit of his business, just because of the way that woman treated him, he never returned nor will I ever recommend him. I feel sorry for the Owners, they are the ones who are investing and losing.

In the mornings is extremely busy.Be patient ?The croissants are amazing, Cinnamon rolls, The sugar donuts. the spinach croissants are incredible Right on top of the shelf?

For a small business with such delicious donuts this place needs to improve customer service. You go there at 7 and there are barely any donuts. I ordered my donuts the day before and my order was never made.
