Let’s start with the service, the woman handling the takeout orders was rude, had an attitude, and literally threw my order onto the counter while I had my hand out to grab it (and mind you, my order was $40).
Now for the food: I ordered pepper steak and chicharrón de pollo sin hueso. The steak portion was light and about 40% of it was chewy or just fat. The chicharrón was completely burnt, I never asked for it crispy or anything, and she clearly saw it was burnt but still gave it to me. I only noticed once I got home. It was so hard and overcooked that I couldn’t even finish it.
That was definitely the last time I go to this establishment.

Really a horrible experience!!Today, July 28, 2025, I stopped by the restaurant and ordered steak en salsa. Then, I drove home in Westchester county . As I open the container I smelled the rotten beef smell . I lost my money and my gas. Never again 🤬🤬🤬

Been going here for years but I’ve had enough of the servers today.. food is decent and it’s probably the best they have in the area but I always have a problem with the service .. went today and ordered $30 worth of food and had to to go but than realized the Knicks game was playing on their TV so instead I sat down and wanted to watch the game and eat an the waitress said I can’t sit and eat the food I bought from them and said I had to go.. light skin girl, instead of asking if I want water and for it to stay she gave me attitude and kicked me out.. im going again when she’s working and ordijg a pastelito and watch the game and not leave her a tip.. I would have spoke to the manager but I did a double shift and was just exaysted to put up a fight.. very rude service!!!!
I ordered the boneless chicken chunks family combo for delivery. the chicken had no flavor. it lacked seasoning. same goes for the beans. needed some salt at least. the tostones looked like they were made from old plantains and weren't edible. the pepsi didnt even taste like pepsi. like it was old or something. the sauce given for the chicken tasted like pure salt. not usable at all. way too salty. I would not order from here again.
