The food was amazing everything we got. I never had such a good steak in any halal place before the best part is everything here is HALAL.
Our server Morshed was amazing he was really friendly and respectful. Spicy mango drink was my favorite.

First time trying halal Italian food and I was pleasantly surprised. Was excited to try the spaghetti bolognese as most other restaurants use a mix of pork and beef, also ordered Capellini Funghi E Pomodorini. Both were very flavorful and delicious. They have a great selection of mocktails as well. Cozy atmosphere and great service.

I don’t usually write reviews at all but this restaurant is definitely worth writing one! I went to Lava rock kitchen with my family after seeing a video on instagram about it. We were a party of 6 and the food was amazing, so much flavor in every dish the only thing I have to say the penne with the cheese sauce was a little too salty for me but my son loved it. The restaurant is clean and very minimalist but very classy and neat. We had the penne with cheese sauce, chicken lollipops with gravy that had a very nice kick to it and the scallions on top gave it that nice extra crunch, then we had the homemade lasagna, the chicken special with cream sauce and mashed potatoes, the pizza with the bechamel sauce, the wings with the garlic and the chicken dumplings with spicy sweet sauce. For mocktails the lemon ginger mule was great with pieces of ginger in the ice that added some spice. Also the meal came with complimentary warm homemade garlic bread with spicy marinara sauce and it was a great add on! Our waitress was just great we weren’t sure what to order but her suggestions were on point, the way she explained everything it was like I didn’t have to see the pictures of the food. I noticed she does everything alone from start to finish but doesn’t miss a single beat while everyone else kind of looks disorganized and under pressure, I’ve eaten in many upscale restaurants and I’ve worked in the industry myself and some things you just notice right away! Overall a great experience. We were too full for dessert but we’ll be back!

Tonight we tried lava rock kitchen in Bronx. It was an excellent experience. Servis was outstanding. by Shanker.(I think that was his name if I did not catch it wrong.) for starter we ordered calamari and lollipop chicken. Both were five star for drinks spicy mango was the winner in main entrée. We ordered chicken Parmesan, lamb chops, lamb shank and chili chicken. I would say everything was very good, only in Parmesan the sauce was a little watery. It could be better Quantity was satisfying. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommended to try at least once to judge it yourself.

Had a very good night went there with my family and enjoyed it very much, food was amazing staff were really friendly. Brother Riyadh especially was very helpful as well took our feedback into consideration. was my brothers 21st birthday and we ended up getting a free dessert platter and played happy birthday. Would recommend this place to anyone who’s nearby Bronx and wants to try some halal authentic Italian food.

I had such a great experience at Lava Rock Kitchen. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. The food was excellent, especially the lamb koftha kebab, which was absolutely amazing. It was perfectly seasoned and very flavorful. Everything else we tried tasted fresh and full of care. The space is very clean and polished, making it perfect for a dinner. I left already excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.
