Lechonera & Pollo Sabroso

The food is disgusting the service is horrible. She asked me 3 times if I was ready (to order), I said "yes, I would like" and she walked away. Three separate times. She told me 3 different prices all ridiculous for 2 plates, cut me off to talk to someone else, and walked away (again) while I was trying to pay. I should've been loud, left the food on the counter, or kept it and walked out without paying because she was needlessly rude and they weren't crowded. There were 6 people. 2 seated with food. 1 already paid and chatting with someone at the counter, me and the person I convinced to give this place a try. Plus 3 employees behind the counter. It's not as if they were full and too many people were demanding her attention. She was just rude. Don't give them your money or time.

This is unacceptable and is making the community go else where for Spanish food you should be ashamed to even send food like this to a customer. place should be shutdown. L?

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and had no problem but the last 2 times my order was cold and poorly prepared the customer service rep if you can call her that was so nasty this last time I ordered grilled telapia and an order of mashed potatoes I received a steamed watered down telapia with a mashed potatoes no butter like mashed with water disgusting and when I demanded to send me a new order they was upset even had the nerve to tell me where’s the order they sent I gave it to them and still tried to tell me the order was good I told them then you all can share it amongs yourselves never again they started harassing me over the phone that I should of ordered it from somewhere else if I wanted perfection the nerve of those people

I visited from California, and I wanted to order one of everything from this place. OMG ? SO ? GOOD? !! I got fried chicken, fried pork/Lechon, fried plantains, & rice+beans. I thought I was gonna need bypass surgery afterward, but I didn't care. I was in heaven!!!

I just had the worst experience with delivery . I ordered my food at 5pm & didn't receive it till 7:00 pm . I called about 3 times asking where it was & I was told to be patient .. whole entire time the lady took my number Down wrong & I wasn't notified of this until It was 6:30 .. I am completely disgusted with how they run things . Super unprofessional & not worth your money ! Let me not forget to mention I received my food COLD !
