The food was absolutely incredible. The mofongo was some of the best I've ever had and the maduros were out of this world. The chicharrones were super crispy and rendered to perfection. Definitely worth a visit!

I always come to this spot like more than I should like my wallet has/is hurting.
The food is delicious, the price is decent (has increased with everything in life) but you can get right with close to 10 bucks.
Maybe I'm biased since the food and the people that work there are from my country but they are very nice and friendly.
There is a seating area but most of the customers usually pickup. Don't eat in if you are not comfortable with troves of people coming in and out.
I consider this one of the best Dominican eateries in the Bronx, every time I get food anywhere else 9/10 times I am disappointed.
