I order from this restaurant frequently. I ordered on Oct 15 2025. I ordered tripe soup it was ice cold when delivered. Delivery guy wouldn’t come up to my door and deliver soup. I ordered through Grubhub I should get delivery to my door. I even tipped driver and still he was hostile. I call the restaurant to complain and the lady said it’s late night it was 8pm that the delivery guy is on a bike he doesn’t want it stolen. What happened to bringing bike up in elevator. Or locking it up. The whole experience was horrible. I am very sick I couldn’t go downstairs. I will not be buying from this restaurant ever again. They don’t take care of their customers correctly.

So I think this place is racist because everytime i go in here it's like they want to give me a small portion of food being a black man. But when a Spanish person order they stuff their portions won't be visiting this location AGAIN!!!! Treat everyone fair and not just your own kind. I spend mu hard earned money here to feed my family

Food is good but they overcharged me. All I got was a small steak bowl to take home & a pastele that’s $5 & the total was $17.54…. Like excuse me? No rice, no beans so you mean to tell me the small steak to take home was $10+? Yeah no. But food is bomb though.

Staff is friendly and polite, food portions are huge. Food is fresh never had any issues with the food quality only thing is if there is a game at the stadium they are busy and might be a bit of a wait.
The food is decent but priced too high for what you get. Like other reviewers stated, many of the servers are racist and assume you can’t speak Spanish if you have a deeper skin tone. Entiendo lo que estás diciendo, bolsa de basura. Never again.

But I went in and said hello, they just told me that they are coming now and started talking to each other. 4 minutes later I left. They kept talking among themselves like I wasn't standing there waiting to order. I was the only customer there... horrible.
