For lunch decided to go here. The restaurant has very nice decor. Some staff are nice and greet you with a smile and others are not personable. My waitress did not check on me not one time after taking my order. The pastelios I ordered were cold in the middle. And for how long my food came it was not piping hot more like Luke half warm. The bartender was way more attentive to me than my waitress. Food is decent but not much to rave about. My maduros were not cold but not Luke warms and they ain’t seem fresh.

This place has so much potential but they cut too many corners. Shrimp scampi with no pasta is unacceptable. You get served basically a shrimp soup. Chicken breast with mushroom sauce is just chicken breast with can mushrooms and the liquid from the can on top. Place needs better management
I have a taste of this every other week and I don’t think there is any going back 🤩 There’s a noticeable rush but the employees have a great dynamic that makes the service fast and reliable. Best chicken ever!! Sigan así mi gente 🇩🇴❤️

I have ordered over the phone, rotisserie chicken and it was terrible!! DRY DRY DRY Another time I stopped in and figured I may have a different experience but the food was crap for the price! That was over a year ago. Recently I happened to be walking home and decided to give it another try and ordered HALF chicken with rice and bean, no drink $18. DRY chicken....lesson learned! I don't mind spending money on food if it is good, but these people making money and can't make decent food. Never again

Omg how upset I am, I drive from Queens because the chicken they sell here is delicious or at least that's what I thought, and they sold me a chicken that was all burnt, and thank God it was half a chicken, so they sell very expensive and seriously poor quality..

The food was delicious! I had the grilled chicken with rice, beans and mashed potatoes. The ladies in there are absolutely attentive to all of your needs and i never had to wait for anything. If you like bachata, salsa or on the evening i was there soft rock by camilo sesto, the music can be requested to the staff setting your atmosphere. 5 stars in all categories.
Parking: No parking, unless you get lucky and find someone pulling out of a spot. Instead take the 4 train to the 183rd street station in the BX and poof! Your there
