Their customer service skills are A1 regardless of who's behind the window. They always remember me. Regardless of how long it's been since I've been there. They finally take card payments (thanks to the pandemic). They remember personal information (if shared) and always ask me about my family.

I am visiting NY and this area is new for me and when I was looking for something to eat I found this place. I decided to try it out after passing by a few times and it was definitely worth it. The price for what I got was good, the food was delicious and worth stopping by.

I haven't visited in a while, but let me tell you guys this, I had been going to this place since I was 8 years old all the way until I was 19 years old, almost 20 years old and their food is the best! The fried chicken they serve is godly, and the burgers are also godly, and they are simply the best. The customer service I received was amazing, and the atmosphere in there is very chill. From time to time, they would give my sister and I extra fried chicken at no extra cost, which we appreciated a lot cause they are friendly people, and we thank you for that. Overall, family-friendly and the best food served.

One of my favorite places. If you want to eat fast call them before going you won't have to wait . And also Bring Cash they only take Cash. Try their philly cheese steak ✨. My only complaint is their hot wings , too salty ?.
