Tried this spot for the first time, overall 10/10, food on point the owner is madd cool, I would definitely recommend this spot if you looking for that authentic Bronx Chinese food. Chicken & broccoli with garlic sauce (ordered spicy) was on point.

I just tried to place an order for egg foo young and I asked how much it would be by itself the guy over the phone tells me $10 for 2 of them by itself and then I asked how much it would be for the egg foo young with rice and he tells me the same price then proceeds to get an attitude telling me that just because it doesnt come with someone doesnt mean that they change the price its not about what he said its how he said it and it was very disrespectful!

My family have been ordering from Li's since the mid 90s. It had been a long time since we ate from them since we moved too far away but now that we are closer again, we decided to try an old favorite.
Man, they are STILL the best Chinese food around. I ordered the boneless spare ribs with extra BBQ sauce, french fries and a large wonton soup. I was maybe expecting the usual mid to good that you come to expect from Chinese spots in the city. The portions were generous, the pork was perfectly cooked, firm and moist and the French fries were not greasy or burnt. The wonton soup was a nice classic broth and wontons were delicious and didn't feel like what was inside the wonton was questionable lol
I've also had the sesame chicken recently and it was also very good.
Now it did feel a little pricier than some local joints but I based on how good it was, I think its totally worth the few extra dollars. Glad to see a local staple keeping high standards to the quality of their food when they could just phone it in and cook up another mediocre greasy Chinese generic menu.

Ordered rip tips with fried rice and received rip tips with French fries instead
Top terrible service and food around the neighborhood not sure why people hype this place up
This place has the best food in the area so glad my sis in law put me on to here me and hubby love the food so accommodating with every order sadly cash only and on rare occasions willing to take Zelle payments it just hard to ask for that option as the phone is answered at what seems to be a place they sit just to focus on the calls to make sure they can handle each customer order with out rush or being destructed by focusing on cooking not answering the phone witch is dope in its self so Shout out to Li’s Kitchen for the great food and service

It’s okay. There portions are very small for a 10-15 $ meal. So much broccoli and a few pieces of chicken. I don’t even think that’s chicken. That’s cat. It’s still delicious.
