I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this Little Caesars was awful. The manager was shockingly rude and disrespectful. I came in with a simple issue with my order, and instead of helping or even listening, the manager talked down to me, rolled their eyes, and made it clear they didn’t care. I wasn’t being rude or difficult—I just wanted what I paid for. On top of that, the store was disorganized and chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and no one communicated anything clearly. If this is how the manager treats customers, I’m not surprised the rest of the store is a mess. I’ve been a fan of Little Caesars for years, but this location completely ruined it for me. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one.

Super clean lobby and amazingly transparent and friendly staff. I was made aware of my 10 minute wait for my special order and it was finished to perfection in the exact time as presented to me. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place if you would like good pizza in the Bronx!
