Ordering the Detroit sticks order with crazy sticks. I had to repeat it 5 times and ended up getting what he said for 4.99 without the crazg because I was frustrated. Never coming here again :/

I got little ceasers for the first time last week let me tell you if you have never had it you are missing out and all though it’s in those heaters for god knows how long the pizza and breadsticks never disappoint

Worst service ever. I ordered delivery kept getting notified that the order was running late after 2 hours called to see what was going on. Only to be told nobody picked up my order, my order is sitting there and if I could come and pick it up. Are you kidding me after the delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and tip you want me to pick it up because now the store is closed. That’s not my fault I ordered early. Now get this,once I explained everything and it was determined that I was eligible for a full refund; I now have to wait 10 to 12 business days to get my $60 bucks back. Never ever again. Your establishment should be shut down. How do you treat customers that way and stay in business. Totally unacceptable business practices.

Ordered online. Came to pick up order. Told him my name but he decided to ring up 4 orders that came in after me. Then when I ask where is my food he says its here. I tell him so why am I waiting. He then trys to explain his interpretation of English. Why am I waiting and my food is ready. I asked for his name he told me goodbye. I asked to speak to a manager he said goodbye. Customer Service in America is now non existent. He should be fired and deported. Thats not how you treat natives that spend their money. Do not visit here

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I read bad reviews before ordering but it’s literally 3 mins from my house so I decided to go. Well, the reviews weren’t lying, the “boss” is the main problem there, the employees are annoying because they are just messing around instead of helping people but the rude one is the “boss”, I went to pick up an order and he treated me awful, he is the crazy guy they talked about on the comments, he wears a wig. He was so disrespectful, no helpful at all and he gave me an attitude and when I complained about it he was like “well I’m the boss”. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS ONE!!?? I will def submit a formal complaint to the company hoping they can take actions with him and maybe change him from this position or at least location.

Granted the location is small and they don't appear to have many employees. There SEEMS to be 3 workers at a time (the cashier and 2 in the kitchen) but there's almost always a line and the cashier is constantly scrambling between the cashier and the kitchen, so guest build up waiting for their food or to make an order. There's no designated waiting area so it's almost always chaotic with people waiting to order and people waiting for food and no one can tell who's waiting for what so a lot of skipping happens. I feel like this location can be improved simply by introducing organization and stronger workforce.

Don't even bother calling. They won't answer. They always seem overwhelmed. Took 15 mins to order you'll get ignored. Then had to wait 15-20 minutes for a calzonie. The man with the wig has horrible customer service and is always grouchy.

I always buy pizza there. Now I just went use the T-Mobile app to get the discount to buy pizza. they don’t accept it T-Mobile discount. On T-Mobile have deal and promotions with little Ceaser but for me this is all fraud and waste time. When you go there and they said we don’t accept T-Mobile promotion app. That make me look like a fool.
At first I didn't like the pizzas at this place, but now they make them very delicious.
