This place is a true hidden gem in the Bronx. The pepperoni pizza is easily one of my favorites in NYC—it has that classic New York flavor that takes me back to the old-school pizzerias.

I love Lonna’s pizza! I’m fairly new to the neighborhood and while I’m not over the moon with the *less than 1 mile* food options in the area, Lonna’s is in my top 10. One of the very few places that still has the authentic food taste, customer service, and atmosphere of an Italian Mom & Pop shop. Also, the owner is a nice guy, not too talkative but the more I frequent the more conversation we start to have. Glad this place is still servicing the Norwood area and I hope it continues to do so!

On the whole entire 204th and Bainbridge strip, there's no better pizza. There's a reason he only servers pizza and beef patties. His pizza is mind blowing. Take the trip and go here instead of sals, your belly will thank you!
Vegetarian options: Its pizza, just don't get meat. If you wanna add onion buy one next door and he'll put it on there for you.
Dietary restrictions: Don't be gluten free......
Kid-friendliness: Hes amazing with the kids that come to get a slice after school going home.
Wheelchair accessibility: Just roll threw the door and he will bring it to the table for you.

I always walk by this pizza shop & it always looked empty. Me personally when I walk by pizza shops I hope to get a whiff of that pizza being made fresh, but that wasn’t the case here. After I built the courage to try it out, I stood shut and took all my words back. Moral of the story never judge a book by its cover ? definitely making this spot my go to, tired of dominos & papa John’s!!!!
