I used to have food deliver. All of a sudden they don't deliver, unless your apt is in front of this restaurant, in my case they say that my apt is too far away, 14 blocks!!!. I am a disable person, they want me to pick the food up at the restaurant. These people also have a nasty attitude on the telephone particularly the woman who answered it. This is it, never again!

I just called for delivery I placed my order $25.00 was the total I asked her for duck sauce she said I'm asking for to much I just hung up she's rude. How she tell me I'm asking for to much and I'm spending money. Never again will I call them.

The lady who takes the order over the phone is theee most rudest person you can deal with when placing an order over the phone. I will no longer order from this place because of the extremely rude and unpleasant customer service I received while placing an order and had to cancel because of how obnoxious the lady behaved over the phone when I simply asked to repeat my order for reassurance that I placed the correct orders and they have the correct orders as well. If anyone wants great chinese food with excellent customer service go to New World Chinese 440 S Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10705 don't waste your money here at 233rd.

Called to ask if they take card or cash and then to order, the lady answered and was very rude. Barely let me get a word in to say my order and assumed i was another customer. Poor customer service. Definitely will never order from there again!!!

Awful and dishonest management . They send burnt food and offer a credit instead of a refund. When you are ready to use the credit for a future order, they lie and say your credit never existed. I wish I could give less than one star.

This place is usually very good. I have been ordering here for some time and have tried a bunch of things on this menu. Last night I ordered fried shrimp. Mid-bite I noticed the shrimp wasn’t cleaned and the digestive tract was very visible. I opened the rest of the shrimps and noticed the same thing. I understand its fast food but be aware of this if you are someone that values your food being cleaned and prepared well. I shouldn’t be surprised but I won’t be ordering again.

I used to order regularly from here but I've had to stop after their customer service has been so poorly managed. I place an order in preparation to my break as a work in a hospital and my order was delayed an hour and half - when I called to get the status I was told that the driver postponed my order because he had too many deliveries. I requested to speak to the manager to clearly understand how they can operate like this... I was quickly told that the order will be delivered right away.... 2 hours later the driver arrives with a smile as if it was a joke. I'm on break and spending my hard earned money and he smiles as if it's no big deal. I'm guessing their business has been so lucrative that they can treat people in this way. Hopefully they will read this and DO BETTER. Either way I'm not spending my money on a place that has poor customer service.
