I always make time for a gluten free pizza when I'm nearby. The crust holds together and is a little chewy and flavorful. The sauce and cheese are just as delicious as you'd expect from a NY pizzeria.

Although the food is beyond delicious, when you order for delivery, it's 50/50 that you get someone who is professional and treats you like a human being. The girls are great, but if they can't answer a question (which can happen), you're greeted with a unprofessional nasty man who has no patience in the world (wish I took down his name). I get it, you have a business to run, but that doesn't justify for you to speak to your customers like that. Called today for a delivery. Provided a credit card number and included a tip. 40 minutes later they called back stating I have to pick it up from the restaurant because they don't deliver to my address. Why did it take 40 minutes to establish that? I have to drive to the place and hope i get what I ordered, AND make sure I get reimbursed for the tip. Ordering for at least 2 years, (even recommended this place to friends and family) at least $100 worth each time. Best food ever in comparison to other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood..and I tip generously because i appreciate those who come and deliver my food (rain,snow, heat), even though I had a delivery man yelling at me that he won't come upstairs because it's an inconvenience for HIM. Going to the restaurant, the staff tried to play it off that I did not give a tip. But after speaking to them and showing proof of the order, with a little hesitation I'm a bit surprised they "refunded" whatever was owed back. Unfortunately, this is probably the last time I order. It's a shame.

First time trying their pizza. The service was amazing! And we ordered the Eggplant Rolitini pizza, absolutely out of this world! The size of the pie was excellent. The flavor absolutely amazing! We r permanent customers! THE ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA IN THROGGS NECK! CANT WAIT TO TRY EVERY THING ELSE!

The staff was very nice and sweet but if you think Louie and Ernie’s is overpriced then definitely skip this place. $10 for a plain slice and a pepperoni and the crust is even worse than Cestra’s. I know prices are going up everywhere but that’s honestly ridiculous. I did enjoy the rest of the slice but I’m a crust girl. I’m the person who snatches the crust of your plate when you’re not looking. This crust was awful. Like I said, they were very nice and I’d be willing to go back and try something else. My father in law goes there every Monday so maybe I’m missing something ??♀️ I do know that I’ve gotten a lot more pizza for less money very recently in Manhattan and TN. Maybe because they’re in an isolated area without any competition.

Horrible pizza. I ordered a buffalo chicken slice. And garlic knots. Garlic knots don’t have no flavor and not enough seasoning. Tomato sauce on the pizza is like almost ketchup. Too sweet and no depth to it. Wouldn’t buy pizza from here again.

Loretta's is a land mark , its been there for years, as a little kid I always went the for the best home made Italian . I moved away upstate in 1988, last week went down to the old neighborhood , hoping to see loretta's still there sure enough, so I got my favorite flavor Lilly nut ice, that first mouth full brought me back 30 years in 15 seconds flat , nothing has changes the Italian ices were still amazing,

2nd time in a row ordering, pizza was burnt. Barely edible. We ordered ahead to save time when picking up. What a horrible surprise upon getting home. Clearly asked for a half&half pepperoni/ sausage, but instead it was both on the whole pie together.
