I order take out about 9:10 pm a large chicken lo mein and half a chicken with French fries. When I opened the chicken lo mein it was not chicken Lo mein. The taste was off and the so called chicken pieces was little tiny chicken strips which was beef. The half a chicken and fries was alright. I will stop again buying food from this restaurant. Yes I called and she said they used different ingredients. Very dissatisfied and disssapointed.

Very poor customer service. The lady answering the phone is very rude. Also, food was not appetizing. I asked for bbq chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and received a drizzle of bbq sauce on top of fried chicken wings. Only 2 yes 2 shrimps in my shrimp fried rice. Also my husband had chicken & broccoli with white rice (hard to mess that up) but they did. Chicken was so white, didn’t taste cooked thoroughly, barely any brown sauce. The broccoli was good that’s about it. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

The lady taking the order is rude . Everytime ,I place a order I give her my apt# . I just had a transplant and the delivery guy told me he would bring my food up. She yelled at me and the delivery. I'm a paying cust . How dare she. I shouldn't be eating out but never here. Rude rude rude.thank God I just got steamed broccoli. Never eating there again
Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and really needed for the delivery guy to come up. He usually does and I tip amazing. She yelled and degraded the delivery guy as well as telling at me. I needed help getting my food.
The ice tea taste funny. They need to change the filter or stop selling ice tea.
