Realized I had ordered the wrong thing (online ordering shows a description different from what I received) and politely let them know I made a mistake and if I could have it remade the way I liked. Gave me a hard time and proceeded to tell me that’s not his fault I ordered it wrong and refused to remake it. Businesses’ customer service is so bad these days. Yes it wasn’t his fault but losing out on $8 once will get you more in return when the customer remembers your kindness and becomes a regular, versus you being greedy for $8 and ruining a customer relationship. Kinda silly considering this is my local pizza shop and I would’ve been here multiple times a week to support them but instead I walk further down the block to another pizza shop to give them my money. All of this for $8, what a joke.

I would have given negative five stars if I could. This place is utterly horrible, and unprofessional employees. They made my order and then just left it in the oven for a long time without even telling me it was already finished and the place wasnt even crowded nor busy at the time, not even a line at all. Only one guy was polite and courteous when I came to this establishment several months ago. I havent seen him since. The girl behind the counter and the guy making the pizzas just stare at you like they are slow or something when asked if the order is ready. I will not be coming back here again! For what I had to pay for soggy pizza, the service should have been better. And the guy putting my pizza in the bag kept wiping his nose and face with the same hands he served my food with. Absolutely disgusting! I will avoid this place like the Black Death!

Food is always well prepared and hot. My double turkey bacon cheeseburger deluxe with fries. Was delicious and I definitely enjoyed and will recommend this restaurant also well affordable. ?? ?
Kid-friendliness: Staff Speaks to everybody with respect it’s a well nice environment clean. adults and kid friendly. And I will recommend this place to anyone so enjoy.

The food is okay but it’s the Customer Service that’s horrible. I called for a delivery and the guy who answers the phone who sounds like Mickey Mouse always has an attitude!!! It’s disgusting. He ruined my morning!

I ordered delivery, I live 1 block away and waited over an hour. I called them and the guy on the phone said I live close enough to pick it up myself. I'm working and imagine getting told that by a worker ? and he just hung up. Customer service is a joke here
