An experience like no other. Mama Sushi did not disappoint on Tremont in the Bronx where everything happens. The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding and they were quick to accommodate if we had any questions or concerns.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Mama Sushi, but they did not disappoint! Happy hour was great—the margaritas were on point. The sushi was, of course, amazing, and the shrimp tacos were mad good! I’ll definitely be back. Big shout out to the free valet too, because parking was definitely impossible.

Our server, Gerardo, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The combination of delicious food and top-notch service truly made our visit memorable. I ordered for take out. Got the crazy vegetable roll, green giant role, el vegano roll, and vegetable yakisoba. All the roles were bland. The El vegano was a little better. I liked the sweetness from the plantain but it was too oily. The vegetable yakisoba wasn't good. Edible at best. I paid roughly 70 dollars. I was honestly disappointed in the food as I had such high hopes. To me it wasn't worth the money. I wasn't dining in, but ill say the atmosphere was a cute vibe.

If you ever been to mama sushi in Dyckman & Harlem just know this one here is not the same at all is really bad! my stomach hurts from eating here 🤢. The calamari wasn’t crispy at all & the sushi is just not good, representation looks a mess & they didn’t even add the wasabi & ginger which everyone knows goes next to the sushi. The host/server doesn’t know about customer service I asked her about the menu online which wasn’t showing & she just said idk & brushed me off, I don’t even know why I tipped her if it was to go. I should’ve known not to eat here because is the Bronx, living here for 3 years coming from Manhattan I know for yrs bx food nasty & this restaurant is included.
