Stopped by today around lunch time and got a chicken parmigiana hero. I haven't been here in over 10 years and the place hasn't changed! Hero was awesome! Like i remembered!
Mama Rosas is a neighborhood legend. I grew up with this food. Anytime I’m back in the old neighborhood I don’t think I’ve truly come home until I’ve had a Bronx Bomber (or two).
I stopped in for lunch and was pleased the second I walked inside. Small but full of all the delicious meats and cheeses we all love. Along with homemade classic dishes, pasta, cookies, drinks, sauces. I could go on. I was in the mood for a sandwich and can say it was one of best I've had in a while. I got the Godfather spicy style and Oh Mamma Rosas was it delicious! Loaded with meat and just the right amount of spicy peppers on fresh semolina. I would have taken pictures...
