I would love to give this restaurant more than 3 stars because the food is delicious but the delivery prep is terrible. Every single time that I have placed an order for delivery an item is missing, I'm not exaggerating. Is it too much to check the order before it goes out for delivery?? It shows how poorly the employees think about the customers.

The service was good as I remember years ago.
The food is very good. The food did not disappoint and I was happy with my choice.
Prices are acceptable.
The music was too loud for me. I have hearing problems, and speaking was a challenge. That’s the reason of the four stars.
I recommend this place and I will be back when I visit The Bronx.

The place is nice. But, the menu online has lower prices than the menu at the restaurant. The prices in the menu at the restaurant are much higher! Second, you must see the details of your bill. I was overcharged 85.00 dollars! And, found out the next day. This was no a mistake on their part. It was done purposely. In addition, if you pay by credit card, they add 4 percent to your bill. I will not go back to Mariscos Centro after this experience. They are deceiving and dishonest.

DISGUSTING FOUND A ROACH IN MY SOUP !!
I’ve never left a review like this before, but my experience here was truly disappointing. While having seafood soup, I found a roach inside my bowl yes, an actual roach, which I have a photo of. When I brought it to the attention of the staff and manager, they were completely dismissive about it. We politely asked if they could at least cover our second round of drinks since we clearly didn’t want to continue eating after finding a roach in our food.
The waiter responded casually, almost as if this was something that “just happens,” and said they would cover the drinks we had.
Moments later, another waiter came over to say we would still need to pay for them.
The manager showed no concern, no apology, and no sense of responsibility he acted as if this was a normal restaurant situation. It was unprofessional and honestly unsettling. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience. Cleanliness, accountability, and basic customer service were completely missing.

I had more expectations for this place . We went there Sunday. It was almost empty. Big place but only 4 tables were taken. Picadera was small, and didn't have fried cheese or chicharrón. No cake options for birthday celebrations. Just regular 3 leches portions. Service was ok. The waiter was very friendly .
