I had more expectations for this place . We went there Sunday. It was almost empty. Big place but only 4 tables were taken. Picadera was small, and didn't have fried cheese or chicharrón. No cake options for birthday celebrations. Just regular 3 leches portions. Service was ok. The waiter was very friendly .

Their service on the phone needs more work. Orders online take 3 hours for simple ready food just dont make any sense. Stood on the phone on hold for 48 minutes.

Terrible experience! First I called and the young woman who attended me, after I told her what I had ordered, told me: 'Ahh, yes, I already have your order, it just came out, it's on its way there.' Another 45 minutes pass and the order never arrives, so I decide to call again. The employees were completely disoriented, they didn't even understand what they were being talked about. Why do they have a website with the option to accept orders if they don't know how to use it or don't have the ability to manage it? After two long hours waiting, they finally said that they did not have the order registered and asked that a screenshot of it be sent to them on WhatsApp. Unacceptable.
The paella is not paella, it is just rice with seafood on top (the rice was not cooked together with the seafood), I also asked for seafood to your liking and it had no flavor and very little variety of seafood... I would not return sorry

My mother lives 10 minutes from Marisco Centro and I asked her for a soup. When I ordered it, they told me 30 minutes to call him back about the time and he told me that now it's going to leave, another 30 minutes waiting and finally when the delivery arrives, he can't go up to the floor of the building where my mother lives, Lugo when Someone comes down to pick up the order, the delivery says that it was uncovered and thrown away. The worst thing is that the delivery asks if they can wait another hour😡😡😡😡 WHAT A BADDER SERVICE THEY CAN'T HAVE🤮

IT CAN'T GET WORSE THAN THIS. 🤮
