My experience in this place is variable! I have no complaints with the food, the taste and hygiene is unique! But unfortunately the business is affected by the poor service of some people on the work team! The lady who works in the morning handles clients very poorly, she should learn to have better handling with clients and treat them better! Just like the cook who serves in the morning! Another thing is managing the opening time. It is understood that the business has an opening time, but if in any case someone is 5 minutes early and they already have food prepared, I think the right thing to do is to sell to them and not tell them that it is closed because not all of us can. wait if we have to drive far knowing that that area is complicated! After this I have nothing more to add if they improve this situation I think they will not have any type of negative criticism ?

I was a loyal customer until I saw something that shocked me. I ordered a chicken chimi and the cook was talking over my chimi and that led me to pay more attention to it and then he got some chops and he started cutting it with the same glove as I was making my chimi and I kindly asked him to change the gloves and he told me that it was frozen meat that it doesn't stick and I have three food handling courses and I know what food contamination is and salmonella is very dangerous be careful where you eat so you don't get sick

Worst Yaroa ever! malísima! From restaurant to garbage.
Small quaint Dominican restaurant. I'm a regular client and I often find myself traveling to this establishment whenever I'm in the vicinity during my meal break. The staff are friendly, food is pretty enjoyable and of good taste especially compared to other restaurants around the area and I would highly recommend for anyone to try their Mofongo De Carne.

I made an order of two yaroa, one with ripe plantain and one with potato and the chicken was old and the ripe plantain was not good and the potatoes were still cold inside and the worst thing is that I called to tell them and what they told me was that I am the only one who has complained today about the service, so what kind of customer service is that?
